I booked a one-bedroom residence suite at the Westin for a week-long stay with family. We were looking for additional space as a priority and felt this would suit our needs. In a metropolitan city like KL room space is a rare commodity. Luckily, we were pleasantly surprised by the set up at the Westin. The residence suite is located... More

Westin KL has been around for some time and it’s really odd that it took me so long to find a chance to stay here. I’m impressed overall but there’re little things that they can work on to improve. Location: Central Bukit Bintang. While it is walking distance to different shopping venues, the traffic is horrible. If you’re travelling by... More

Greetings Luis_HK We thank you for your support - it's still not too late to experience The Westin hospitability. We sincerely appreciate your constructive feedbacks covering if not all, most areas. Despite the fact that we agree our rooms needs to be refreshed, our endeavours are subject to our Owning Company's approval of renovation plans and available budget. In the... More

I've stayed at a few hotels in the Bukit Bintang area and i have to say the westin is by far my favourite. From its friendly staff to great rooms, I've never had an issue staying here. Location is also very good. Located opposite pavilion shopping Centre def makes it easier. Will be returning soon.

Opened in 2003, the Westin quickly became one of KL’s premier business hotels owing largely to its name, location and positioning as a key Starwood property in Malaysia’s capital. I have stayed there once before, a few years ago. It seemed relatively impressive then. Less-so during my most recent stay last week. And in 11 short years since opening the... More

Greetings alexlobov We thank you for trust, loyalty and support but most of all your time in reviewing our hotel with such great feedbacks, which is a true gift. In spite of our constant efforts to maintain the building, the hotel is indeed getting old. We are definitely looking at the possibility of conducting a major renovation, however unable at... More

Hotel location was great. no problem to access to most of the tourism spots. a lot of eateries nearby, be it modern or local. We arrived late but no problem at check in counter, staff was polite but she did not take a step further to brief us about the hotel facilities, eg, where is the breakfast room, where is... More

I have stayed here before and was quite happy to return however I probably won't come back as there are many better options in KL. The room we stayed in was so hot that sleep was difficult. We had the AC set on 15 but it was blowing out 26; I know because I actually had a thermometer in my... More

Nice big cosy room but the beds for twin sharing rooms are a bit small. Location is superb. Parking is chargeable even though you are staying there. The good thing is the car park entrance is at the back, when you are leaving the hotel to go elsewhere, you won't have to get stuck in the dreaded traffic jam along... More

Was staying there on a business trip for 2 nights. When I leave my room around 7am, I've left my present (prada wallet - wrapped in a nice gift box) on my luggage.
