We recently stayed at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpar Hotel and enjoyed our stay, the staff were very efficient, polite and informative. Our rooms were Club Rooms and were very very nice. We had access to the Club lounge which was fantastic, with access to tea, coffee, biscuits, fruits etc etc all day. Breakfast was very nice with an array... More

The breakfast buffet is truly amazing with 9 live stations and many, many, options to choose from. The hotel location is also really quite nice as Bukit Bintang, the Petronas Towers, and other main attractions (as well as the city centre) are very close by- around a 10 minute walk away. I only ate dinner once at the hotel and... More

This hotel is located north of the Golden Triangle, approx. 20 mins walk from Petronas Towers. It has direct access to a Monorail station and an LRT station is close by. My room was large and also had a large bathroom with separate tub. The room was clean and well maintained. Lots of drinking water is provided free of charge.... More

Monorail is nearby & well located. Our room on 27th floor had a wonderful view of the KL Tower & looked down on Asian Heritage Row; a street currently being redeveloped with many eateries & nightclubs. The room with adjoining bathroom & dressing area was purposely fitted out with every amenity apart from an electric jug for coffee/tea making; however... More

In the interests of market research we stayed here for our final night in Malaysia, after staying at the Shangri La on arrival and a night in transit at the Mandarin Oriental. Its a bit further away from the city centre and all of the action compared to the other hotels if you want to walk, but the monorail is... More

I stayed here with a colleague while attending the Toastmasters International Convention. The service was exceptional and the food delicious. Our accommodation on the 38th floor provided a wonderful view of the KL Tower. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. This is a shirt distance from the KL Convention Center. I recommend this hotel if you want a quiet... More

I'm lying awake here in room 3315, Club Floor, in the middle of a business trip. It's 1145pm and the thumping hard house bass just started 30 mins ago. If last night is anything to go by, this racket will continue until at least 4am. I might add that it's Wednesday, not Friday or Saturday. The only night I could... More

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful property. The rooms are wonderful and well maintained. However, difficult to sleep due to the music that resonates the building. Even though I was on 30th floor, all the building seems to vibrate with the bass from the discotheque downstairs. difficult to sleep. the restaurant and the coffee shop are great. Great... More

I agree with some people that the furniture starts to get old but it is a beautyful hotel. The rooms are big and you see and feel the luxury. The lobby is huge, the staff is great and helpfull. They have also a huge breakfast buffet with so many choices. Beautyful swimming pool where you can relax for a while.
