Stayed here for two nights for the last time. We were staying on the V floor which is supposed to be VIP. Yeah right. Left room at 10am and returned at 4pm but room still not clean. Service was the main issue for our school group of 18. No safe in my room and an unacceptable stain on the valance of the bed- yuck!
