I stayed at Melia K L for three nights, every thing went well from the start , a quick check in by the friendly staff, the room was clean, spacious with a well equiped bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the hot food was not allowed to go cold. Good location with the Mono Rail just outside... more

I had stayed at this hotel for a total of two nights and was clearly impressed by the overall experience of staying here. The hotel lobby looked bright and cheerful upon checking in and appears better than some of the four stars hotels I had stayed in around the area. However, I had to wait longer than usual before my... more

This is the second time we have stayed in the Melia & I can truely recomend this as one of the best value for money iin S.E Asia. We stay at the hotel as a rest stop on the long flights to & from Australia using Air Asia for the cheap rides. The hotel is right on the monorail so... more

Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews on this site, as we found the Melia to be a more than adaquate choice of hotel. We found our room to be perfectly clean and comfortable, with quiet air con,and a working t.v.,road noise could be heard, but this it to be expected because of the hotels' location. As regard house keeping, our room was missed once... more

Stayed here for two nights for the last time. We were staying on the V floor which is supposed to be VIP. Yeah right. Left room at 10am and returned at 4pm but room still not clean. Is this hotel or guesthouse? Spoke to manager but still no help!! I have been in the hotel industry for over 20 years... more

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge varienty of western, asian food the Rendang beef for breakfast kept me going all day for shopping and walking, more than adequate and included in the... more

Service was the main issue for our school group of 18. No safe in my room and an unacceptable stain on the valance of the bed- yuck! They did move me to another room after I spoke to the manager and he was very easy to deal with. The new room was nice but air con was not working effectively.... more

If you're impressed by the location, beware of choosing this hotel. After arriving at the hotel our luggage was unattended for a LONG time. Double-check that the key cards actually work otherwise you'll surely have to go from waiting outside your room door back down to the reception. The only friendly staff there were the Japanese lady and someone called... more

Just got back from spending 8 nights at the Melia Kula Lumpur and loved it. The hotel is in the best postion for shopping and getting around the city cheaply. It is across the road from the Times Square Shopping Centre (amazing indoor theme park inside as well as 2 lots of cinemas), the Imbi monorial statation is right outside... more
