An outstanding hotel with an outdoor swimming pool in the heart of the city. Excellent service from bellhops and the concierge (getting taxi and restaurant recommendations, negotiating for an all-day driver, plus printing our boarding passes because the business center closed early on Sunday night). That this hotel was much less expensive than comparable 5-star hotels made me nervous, but... More

Absotutely genuine suberb hospitality and care during four days & nights stay with very difficult dietary requirements, not only the champions were staffmembers Jason and Sam Kung, but the whole team! This hotel has got me for life!

We were at KL for 2 days and stayed here for 2 nights. Checking in you can see lines waiting for check-in with major delays. When checking in I was told that room is not ready even though we arrived at 2:30 pm. We were asked to wait for another hour till room is ready. This was not acceptable since... More

We stayed in a king deluxe room for 8 nights, and all I can say that this is how a 5 stars hotel should be. Starting from facilities the pool was great with a bar service however, it is family friendly. Gym was fantastic and has variety of equipments, the lobby is huge and welcoming. Our room was spacious, luxurious,... More

The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Twin Tower at klcc. Its very near to Ampang Park LRT station. You can easily go to Bukit Bintang from this station. You can find a money exchanger just across the street at a fair rate. You can find fruit stall, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut at a walkable distance.... More

I had an excellent stay in KL thanks to the staff at the Intercontinental particularly Faizah in the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently placed in the city and has some very fine dining. Thank you James O'Halloran

InterContinental hotels are not sexy but always reliable and service is on a high level. Kuala Lumpur is no exception. Location is good. Suria / KLCC within walking distance, so many dining and shopping options are close to the hotel. The subway station (Ampang) is right next door. Concierge is helpful but when a asked for a specific restaurant, the... More

Spent two very good days/nights at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpar. The hotel is easy to get to if you use rail and LRT from KLIA - the Express train from the airport to KL Sentral and LRT to Ampang Park, follow the directions in the ceiling signage, up the escalator and the hotel is just by the street exit. Check... More

We chose to stay here for 2 nights on our travels. The hotel is nice and in a good location. It is within walking distance to the Petronas Towers ( about 10 minutes) and also very close to the nearest MRT station. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.
