The location of this hotel is excellent, and you have easy access to all kinds of transportation. In walking distance is a new mall, little India, and across from YMCA is a small hawker center. You don't really need to take a taxi from the airport unless you have a lot of luggage. When you get off from the airport... More

We stayed at the Meridien KL for a few days eitherside of a weeks break in Kuantan. It was a return visit and this time we decided to upgrade to a Club room which provided access to the club area on L33. We think the Meridien must be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and still provides excellent... More

The location is undeniably good, just above Sentral station. Taxi are easy to get. When you first walk into the lobby, it's modern, bright and clean. But that's where it ends. When I got to my room, I was surprised to walk into a tired looking, gloomy and old fashion design. I absolutely hate the light switch which is the... More

Stayed here on multiple occasions, overall centrally located with KL Sentral train terminal a minute away. Comfortable room and amenities, but lousy and inattentive staff during breakfast buffet at Latest Receipe. Live pests on the eating tables and the glass walls pointed out to the restaurant manager, who resisted when asked for a feedback form. I had to escalate it... More

Many stays at this hotel since it opened and first review this forum...stiff competition from the Hilton next door and an unusual arrangement of sharing the same footprint but it seems to work! One of the best locations for a city hotel I have found and the expansion of Sentral area now boasts a very good shopping mall along with... More

True and unsolicited excellent service. Not because you're a regular or they're preferred guest member. Their honest good service comes from the need to please and communicate politeness and service orientation. It's one thing to be good and flawless because of prior history or warning. That's likely motivated fear or perhaps even apprehension. Service then becomes solicited and insincere but... More

Well Le Meridien is simply superb From the moment you walk in its an experience with friendly staff, an ambient feeling. The rooms are excellent and the hotel food in the club lounge was of a high quality. Enjoy the pool and don't hesitate to attack the restaurants !! Right next to Sentral this place is easy to get to... More

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated. For those with spg platinum you have access to a decent club lounge with good hot breakfast and good cocktail hour in the evening. Location next to Sentral station allows for easy commute to and from the airport. Pool facility is shared with the Hilton,... More

Central station in KL is located in front of the hotel and you can reach every where in KL by train or monorail . We got to Batu Caves by train with only 2 RM for each person! Bird Park, Butterfly Garden and Orchid Garden are also near and about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The variety of food choices... More
