This is the older Starwood property at KL Sentral. The basic rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. The corner rooms and suites are more tolerable and worth the money. Overall, it is often value for money, good facilities (shared gym and pool with the KL Hilton) and dining at the Gastro restaurant and Latest recipe are worthy of mention.... More

Was there for work. Had a large function at level 6. Ballroom was decent, only down side was the projector. Had finger food available which was awesome. Room - was a little small and cramped. Had 2 twin sized bed. Brought my wife and daughter (5months old). Bed was small. My daughter slept with her arms wide open, and my... More

We drove up from Singapore to the hotel. The room was big, comfortable beds and pillows. So happy that I was able to choose the pillow most suitable for myself from the pillow menu. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. It was gorgeous!Room service was fast and efficient!! Would definitely pay a visit soon!!

Service level and breakfast is good. Shower Pressure is very weak due to its old facility and infrastructure. Good and enough for the business use. The pool on eighth floor is beautiful. Very close from KL Sentral station.

More like 3.5 stars. But you can't choose this option. To start off my last minute reservation. From the get go looks great spacious in the lobby. The people are friendly, service is awesome job. The place is a little overpriced me thinks. Had coffee with my lady in the lobby with pie and macaroons it was Perth airport prices.... More

We went for a very short Vacation to KL with the kids over the weekend. We choose this hotel thanks to TripAdvisor and also the proximity to KL Sent rally station. We choose not to take the breakfast as part of the package as we wanted to eat some local food. The hotel is walkable from KL Sentosa once you... More

Such a letdown, Le Meridien has aged so much that the rooms is in dire need for refurbishment. Carpets has a weird smell and furnitures are old. The AC was not working so I requested the reception to check after first night. On my second night at 3am the same problem occurred and I was sweating in my sleep. Clearly... More

Stayed here towards the end of our 3 month exploration of SE Asia. Super convenient to main train station (across the street) so easy access to other regional attractions. Luxurious lobby and very accommodating staff. Well appointed rooms with all amenities. Lovely clean bathrooms. Free form pool attached to adjacent Hilton and also, extensive health club with Jacuzzi, sauna and... More

A class above the rest. Everything that one requires for a cozy and comfortable 2 days conference. Snacks are aplenty, excellent tea/coffee breaks menu. Lunch at the Latest Recipe was indeed a surprise with types of food from Dim Sum, Briyani, stews and loads of desserts. Clarke 2 room was clean with plenty of water and writing materials. However the... More

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The hospitality of the staff is really appreciated. The rooms are also well designed. Although I may say the premium rooms are okay in size, could be bigger, but still very good. The restaurants are also very good with options of buffet breakfast & Italian & many more cuisines....
