Stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is pure luxury and we were treated like royalty. The room was elegant and beautiful. The staff were freindly and very helpful. We had our own butler service who couldnt do enough for us. Would definately stay again.

First and foremost thank you Ru Sow, Quality manager, for making this such a memorable trip. My fiancée and I were celebrating our engagement around Thailand and Malaysia and our last stop was the Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur. Ru's attention to detail and planning allowed us to relax and really feel special. Thank you to Wu and the 13th floor... More

As we flew from a beach resort in Langkawi we wanted to make a stop in Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz Carlton was our choice!! It was difficult leaving such a beautiful island was difficult but arriving at this hotel certainly made some of that pain go away!! We had an executive room with incredible views of the city! The rooms... More

The hotel needs some refurbishment but the service here is AMAZING. As a guest you really get the feeling that that genuinely care about how your stay. Nila the Executive Housekeeper was just fantastic and went out of his way to made sure that everything was perfect during both my visits during December and January. I liked the gym and... More

We have just stayed for seven nights at the wonderful Ritz Carlton Residences in Kuala Lumpur. In terms of the residences, our room(s) were so large. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra toilet, large kitchen, a study and a huge lounge/dining area. It was unbelievable. It was impeccably cleaned every day, with a turndown service at night with snacks... More

Great and memorable 1 night stay. A special mention to front office staff Aida, butlers Justin and Angel for their exceptionally passionate and warm service. The rooms were resplendent. The luxurious draperies and earthy colours lend a nostalgic old world charm to this 5 star hotel.

We were there for two nights celebrating my friend's b'day. The staff there had specially decorated the room prior to our arrival with balloons and welcome gift baskets. It was an amazing surprise. Our stay started off a little shaky and annoying but after speaking with manager, our issues were resolved quickly. The hotel staff went above and beyond to... More

went with the family and stayed in the residence. Apartment roomy but shows distinct signs of wear in carpet and drapes. Needs sprucing. Very disappointing at breakfast - we went at about 10:15 and service is to 11- hardly any food, messy serving areas and lack of cutlery and bowls/plates. It got worse- my 6 year old loves the pool-... More

The hotel is very tired and outdated. The carpets in the room have stains etc. They have tried to maintain it but it does show its age. The rooms are small. Breakfast at the hotel is good. The overall service is good. Location is pretty central. We did use the Spa and the experience was amazing... There was smell of... More
