From the check in to check was a truly royal experience. We were upgraded to an executive room as we were travelling with kids. Wow! The Ritz-Carlton has a reputation of quality for a reason. If anyone is going to Kuala Lumpur, please go to the Ritz-Carlton!...most people wouldn't pay for the rates they charge outside of Asia...so take advantage of the more affordable rates in KL.
