It proves, that a lick of paint can't replace quality training systems and a reputation built up over many years. As a regular traveler to KL and a former resident of the city, I was excited about trying out the Grand Millenium. I usually use the Shangri La, but I thought I would give the Millenium a test run. Bad Value for money! Impossible to watch the World Cup games in room (channel not available), queue to get a table for breakfest, unfriendly front desk staff, so many reason to avoid this hotel in the future!

Great Location and in the Centre of the city. We could be mobile and go around very easily. The rooms are clean and nice althoough the room service could be improved a little. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool, they need to have a better change room closer to the pool.

We were giving a room on a high floor facing Pavilion and could see right down into the Pavilion courtyard. When it rained in the late afternoons daily, there was a surreal feeling to looking out in the rain through the french glass windows. The hotel was situated in a great venue, within walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted... More

Was traveling for leisure and had taken my parents on a vacation, so we had a 3 day stay at KL and then onwards to HKG and Macau for New Years. The hotel although not very new is superb, it is in the heart of golden triangle - Bukit Bintang... More

For a 5-star hotel, this is what we got: (1) need to queue to check in (4pm) (2) A angry looking staff who got angrier when she couldn't find our online booking and it turns out that our online reservations wasn't received though we've got a confirmation. without the email confirmation, she might have turned us away (3) no baby... Landed at Kuala Lumpur late in the evening. Contacted Grand Millennium four days prior to my arrival telling them that I will land around 10:30pm and should be checking in the hotel around midnight. they were fine and acknowledged that. Got a cab from the airport to the hotel, walked upto the check-in where there was someone standing waiting to... More
