Stayed at Grand Millennium KL for 2 Nights in the deluxe room with a friend. Location of the hotel is very convenient, new shopping mall Pavilion is just beside it. Monorail station Bukit Bintang is only 5 mins walk to the opposite. Hotel staffs are helpful and we were always greeted warmly everywhere from the door man to the front... more

We stayed at the Grand Millennium the week before the F1. We found the staff very professional and the hotel and our lovely room a place of refuge after sightseeing and shopping. It is centrally located in Bukit Bintang Rd only about 200 metres from shopping centres, eateries and the monorail. The Deluxe room was beautiful and spacious, with a... more

My fiancee and I stayed at the Grand Millennium (Formerly The Regent) over the F1 weekend. Here is our review of the hotel: Location - The location itself is great. It is close to the monorail, major shopping centres and food eateries. However, due to the constant jams along Bintang walk where the hotel is located, it may be difficult... more

This hotel was great! My boyfriend and I stayed here about a year ago so the review is a little late, but I must let people know about this place. The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast in the morning. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The location is good, we were very close to everything, we walked... more

I was in Kuala Lumpur for a work conference, the hotel was picked by my employer. The property is located in a busy, shopping and restaurant district of the city. It is of walking distance to the Petrona Twin Towers and KLCC shopping centre. The KL Monorail is also nearby (a 30 sec. walk) and is a very cheap and... more

We stayed at the Millennium 2 years ago when it was the Regent. We were looking forward to going back and we weren't disappointed. The staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is top class. The entrance hall is very impressive and has had a bit of a touch up since our last visit. The rooms are a good size, as... more

The hotel lobby is impressive when you walk in, but everything goes downhill from there. I stayed for 12 nights. So I think my review is fair. The service overall is really sub-standard. Definitely not a 5-star hotel service. The rooms' renovation is mainly cosmetic, all the permanent fixtures are old, and stained. I never once used the bathtub, it's... more

The minute we walked through the hotel's main door with an almost empty pizza box in a plastic bag, their door man told us, "Sorry, no food in the hotel, you can't even bring any outside food into your room!" I have stayed at many hotels around the world, this is a first time! And the last time I'll stay... more

Took advantage of the Grand Preview special (free 3rd night) to book an Executive Club room. The experience from first getting out of the cab through to getting into my friend's car on departure was, on the whole, fine, although with a few reservations. First thing is that they really need to signpost their concierge desk. All the desks looked... more

This place was amazing!! After traveling around the Malaysian penninsula this place was just what i needed! Service was truly impecable. Location in the downtown district was perfect - the hotel is within a quick walk of three major shopping malls. The breakfast buffet included diverse choices from around the world (but the omlette chef was really slow). Even the... more
