My friends and I traveled to Kuala Lumpur a few months ago and stayed there for 4 days. We were in Malaysia for the first time and had no idea what to do and where to go (other than the Twin Towers and KL Tower) My friends and I did not know where to go, and we were recommended to... more

We were only there for one night and wished that we could stayed longer. The hotel is very plush and glamourous and is very well located for the twin towers and the nearby Mall. We found it very easy to get around and walked everywhere and had a great time in KL. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The... more

The hotel is up to its reputation. We took a room with view on the Petronas Towers and it was just amazing. The rooms are spacious and well decorated but somewhat a bit classical. The outdoor swimming pool has also a nice view of KL. The breakfast is plenty of wonder. The service is also really good. A really good... more

Fantastic Hotel, Great rooms with fantastic views of the city, rooms are big with great bathrooms, comfy beds and wifi connection. Our room was a corner king, with amazing windows with view over the city centre and mountains. Pool is a highlight! Infinity pool looks over the botanic gardens in the city centre with a view of the Twin Towers. Food... more

We have just visited KL for the first time and have been delighted with our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. We were offered an upgrade to the Club floor on checking in and found the facilities of the Club floor well worth the additional charge. The staff have been very helpful and we certainly had no problems with staff not... more

I expeced much more from this hotel. The porter just stands next to the door, but really finds it too much work to actually open the door or offer help with shopping. The smae goes for a lot of the staff...a lot of standing about and looking good but not much service. The taxi scam is a big problem in... more

I had the privilege of staying at the Mandarin Oriental in KL in June for a 3 day conference. The rooms and hotel staff were outstanding, the conference and business office facilities were excellent, the health club was one of the best I have ever seen anywhere in the world, the meals were great, and the pool - well what... more

From arriving at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my complete stay. The service was impeccable and friendly. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel. It may not be the cheapest, but it takes some beating for quality. Attention is paid to detail.. the service is high quality without being obtrusive... more

Our three-day stay was in the Mandarin Oriental's Club rooms... So it was pricier than standard. But it was astonishing from start to finish. This hotel's impressiveness is, in large part, down to the clear thinking of its staff. Service is delivered without fuss. The staff are self-effacing and unflappable. They seem to have the authority to sort things out... more

The rooms are great. The facilities are great. The staff are pretty good (although its fun to walk in a door that the doorman is not standing next to and see him pretend to ignore you instead of actually opening the door you are using. It seems they are positioned on one door and that is the one they will... more
