Conveniently located about halfway between two commuter train stations and just a RM13 cab ride from KL Sentral station, we found this hotel to be quite comfortable and suited to our needs. Unfortunately, Wifi is only available in the lobby, but that didn't actually inconvenience us too much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured both Malay and... More

The rooms we booked are very spacious and clean. although their facility and furniture is pretty old other than that is still ok. friendly staff too~ they allow us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a night because we don't... I am a firm believer of "if you have nothing positive to say, then say nothing". So when I review, I usually review places/people I got exceptional services from, and stay silent on the average or mediocre places. But my experience at Quality Hotel was so alarmingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others about it. So if you... More

Reception counter staff were very unfriendly & arrogant. Were given lousy room at level 6 that aircon water leakage when abt our bed time & we need to swop to another room at level 7. It caused us so much hassle. Tv was old the box type. Mattress were hard & pillows were very soft. No iron & iron boards... More

The location was excellent if you need to go near Sogo area plus, it's easy access to the public transport. The hotel was quite old, the bathroom was small but you get a bathtub, which was a rare thing for a hotel with this kind of price. One particular annoyance was the amount of noises and strange sounds emanating from... More

Standard rooms are OK (aircon works and good sized room), De Luxe rooms are very nice, well worth the extra. Simple restaurant with reasonable food (the Nasi Goreng is very good), and bolt-on very nice evening restaurant with beautiful Indian biased menu, just beyond the Reception desk lifts, not cheap but service excellent, super food. Pool nicely kept and always... More

DONT EVEN THINK OF COMING HERE. After you come from the other side of the world (southamerica) the last thing you expect/want to find in your hotel room is a COCKROACH. Im not an expert in insects but check it if you dont believe me, I will add a photo I took of it. I called the recepcionist and they... More

We arrived late at night with a screaming child and it took them at least 1/2 hour for their FAST checkin process. The room was stained floors skinny pillows and the sheets were threadbare. The hotel room safe didn't work and I was told I could leave my valuables in their safe but I had to sign a waiver to... More
