Any body wants to be on the city centre its a good hotel for them. location is the advantage. very close to MRT station. Food court is near by. SOgo mall is very close. however, hotel is good for solo travelling. or travelling in budget. Bathrooms and rooms need refurbishments. PLEASE CHANGE THE BED SHEETS!! Its QUITE OLD! I found... More

This hotel is kind of half luxury budget hotel in the heart of city centre. For those who are looking for a comfortable and spacious room, this is the place to stay. Convenient in terms of location where you can easily take a walk to the monorail station and that area also you can go for shopping spree at the... More

I stayed for one night and because it is a gift voucher everything was just fine but average. The breakfast was okay and it is good because they have their own roti canai maker on the sport. Easy access to this hotel because its nearby to the sogo and sultan ismail lrt putra station.

I stayed 1 night at the Quality Hotel in August for a business trip. My colleague chose this hotel as it is near our meeting venue and it offers good value. But if you cannot live without wifi or internet connection then you will find it very frustrating staying here. My iPad could not detect the wifi signal in the... More

Recently visited and found its 2 saving grace is its location and its friendly staff that made you feel cosy. Other than that this place needs an overhaul badly. Its non smoking level reeks of smoke and is musky. Would be good if it installed an air freshener and probably shampoo its carpet too. The lampshade in my room is... More

What an old, dirty place is this! We stayed at this hotel for two nights for 50 euros per night. Absolutely not worth this kind of money. The room is outdated, when you take a shower the bathtube fills itself with your "dirty" water. Not so very clean as well.. Would not recommend this at all!!

Conveniently located about halfway between two commuter train stations and just a RM13 cab ride from KL Sentral station, we found this hotel to be quite comfortable and suited to our needs. Unfortunately, Wifi is only available in the lobby, but that didn't actually inconvenience us too much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured both Malay and... More

The rooms we booked are very spacious and clean. although their facility and furniture is pretty old other than that is still ok. friendly staff too~ they allow us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a night because we don't... I am a firm believer of "if you have nothing positive to say, then say nothing". So when I review, I usually review places/people I got exceptional services from, and stay silent on the average or mediocre places. But my experience at Quality Hotel was so alarmingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others about it. So if you... More

Reception counter staff were very unfriendly & arrogant. Were given lousy room at level 6 that aircon water leakage when abt our bed time & we need to swop to another room at level 7. It caused us so much hassle. Tv was old the box type. Mattress were hard & pillows were very soft. No iron & iron boards... More
