I stayed 2 nights. Great hotel for proximity to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Shopping and Jalan Alor restaurant street. There's no breakfast but there are a wide selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were courteous, Rooms are small, but modern and practical. Wifi did not work in my room, but did down in reception. Can be noisy due to late... More

Stayed for 2 nights during a 5 week trip to Malaysia. Room was clean and fully functional but small - we paid around 20$ so was expecting this. Still had TV, shower etc and all staff where extremely helpful. 5 minutes walk to main eating areas and shopping places even closer!

When we checked in at night time there were small ants everywhere in our room (5th floor). The receptionist offered us anoher room. We checked 6th floor and as the guy guiding us opened the door we faced a cockroach. Then we went to 4th and 1st floor. All rooms were occupied by ants, some of them bigger than the... More

Good points - Lovely clean and futuristic like decor. Small rooms but adequate. UK plug socket next to bed plus continental socket on desk. Movie channel was OK (there is one maybe two English speaking TV channels). 2 minute walk to everything (train station/fast food/restaurants/newsagents/shopping malls). Free WiFi is available which is reliable. Staff are friendly and helpful and maps... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very nice hotel if you want to be close to all the shopping in Bukit Bintang. They have no breakfast but there´s a cafe around the corner where you can get whatever you want (almost). Nice and very helpful staff, the rooms are clean and have a modern european design. The only downside is that... More

This is long overdue. I visited kuala lumpur in december 2013. A short getaway with my elder sis. It's a chic boutique hotel with an interior of my preference. We booked the Premium Zen Double (with Bathtub). Location is very ideal for those shopaholics who wants to save on transportation as shopping malls are within walking distance. We do feel... More
