It is relatively new hotel, so it is cleaner. But I didn't get the concept of Boutique- why they are calling it a boutique hotel, the neither specialize on any aspect nor offer any customized service. I stayed in a room that finishes even before starting. Somehow they fit a queen bed. I had difficulty placing my luggage. Apart from... More

Parking is not available so recommended to park @ Fahrenheit88 where the rate is reasonable (RM6 first 3 hours/after 5pm-6am, subsequent @ RM1/hour) and it is only 100m from the hotel itself. I entered the carpark @ 7pm and leave the next day @3pm only cost me RM14. The illegal roadside parking in front of the hotel operated by the... More

My bestfriend and I was so thrilled when we first entered the room. There's a full mirror which is such a plus point. Basic necessities such as a small fringe, hairdryer and simple toiletries are provided The room was cosy and perfect for more than one night stay. Opposite the hotel, there's a delicious stall and open till late. Perfect... More

Affordable, value for money. Location is great, near to many shopping area. Room is quite small but it's decent. Customer service is also good and helpful. The only down side probably is the toilet. No curtain so the whole toilet can be quite wet after showering. Other than that, it's pretty good and comfortable stay.

Its a very strategic hotel. 5mins walk to lot10. 5mins walk to fahrenheit. 10mins walk to pavilion. The minus point is the shower room doesnt not have a curtain. So after u take a shower, it will surely wet all the floor including the toilet. Another is several mosquitoes in the room as the room is painted dark purple. Should... More

We spent one night at this hotel and I was only able to fall asleep at 2am due to all the stree noises. There are a 24h restaurant across the street and absolutely no insulation. The room was spacious, clean, decorated with style. The bathroom was tiny and once you take a shower you flood the whole bathroom (see picture).... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and was very happy. However this time was very dissappointing. The main issue was the aircon. I set it to 16c but it never got below 26c and lead to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The free wifi didnt work as the signal was so weak. The location is great right in the... More

The hotel has a strategic location between shopping malls. The hotel room is small, however is clean and comfortable that has all the necessities. The toilet is spacious, and glad that the exhaust system works perfectly well to be able to keep the room dry and odorless. The only problem is the toilet glass partition door still has a gap...
