I'd encountered while I was checking in, that I couldn't bring any documents related to booking and they said that it couldn't be done without any proven digits like reservation number and..etc. So hardly I got checked in after doing internet with their Macbook. It is better to be said that this hostel is for the locals, not for the... More

We stayed here for four nights as a family (3 adults and one child) and we booked te whole dorm for ourselves. We thought the whole hostel was clean, but since we were used to wearing slippers all the time we felt very awkward at first. If you have no interest at all in going to clubs or drinking at... More

Clean hostel facility and beds, its right in the lap of bukit bantang. Many great places to have food , hangout and shop. The monorail is 10mins walk from here. It is very affordable and you get more than what you pay for. You get : a bed, breakfast (very basic), towel, locker for 1 RM, free use of wifi... More

If you want a warm welcome from the staff, then consider to book at another hostel. If you need a good location, clean and affordable place then I'll recommend this place. I arrived here at mid night and they gave me an upper bed which I informed that my medical condition is not suitable to it, she responded saying there... More

It's better for you to book from the website, because the price is little bit cheaper than when you just "go show" directly (22,5 RM vs 25 RM). And one day before you come to the hostel dont forget to re-email confirming your stay and your preference booked room, because if dont they will manage you to the other room... More

Before complaining, I have to be fair. Serenity Hostel is a very modern and clean hostel with all the facilities you need - computer, wifi, shower and sheets. When I arrived, I was told a different price than the price mentioned on the website, but stopped complaining shortly after as I realized they have a price for acc. with and... More

For this price range this is a very good place. Only thing it lacks is a decent common area but being on a busy bar street It's easy to find people to chat to. For being in thr Golden traingle this is a great price and nice if you want something a bit more sedate than the madness of Chinatown.... More

First of all, once I stepped in this hostel, I was impressed by the location here where it is located right in the middle of the nightlife street. It is close to the KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor, the most famous food street in Kuala Lumpur. However, my nightmare was starting when I went to the bed at about... More
