When I stayed at the hotel, it was a Junior Suite, which meant twin beds. That was fine as it was only me. The beds were in a separate bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The room itself was like a mini apartment, with a loveseat, a table and two chairs, a refrigerator and countertop for food prep. There was no microwave,... More

I reserved and stayed with One-Stop for over two weeks, and I have nothing bad or negative to express. Absolutely a fantastic time we had due to their welcoming and making us all feel at home and welcomed. From the wonderful ladies at the reception to the helpers nothing went wrong. The residence has their own taxi drivers ready at... More

This apartment was chosen because of it's easy access to the LRT station. It is linked via pedestrian bridge on the 2nd floor of the shopping complex. Currently the shopping mall is empty. It houses a university campus and a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. Security is good because card access is required to activate the lift button and... More

Set in a huge empty shopping mall, near the LRT but not anything else, this hotel has big, clean rooms, friendly staff and security, a large rooftop pool, but not much in the way of ambience. The halls and rooms are tiled in institutional white. The key card is needed for the lift, the entrance and exit to the floors,... More

Stayed here with my family in mid-March. Deposits were required for the MRT cards. The hotel is located within an empty shopping complex and takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Mrt station. We felt safe walking to/ from the station, but can be a bit creepy if you're on your own. They have a one-way shuttle bus to... More

Staff are friendly. The tour guide lady was very accommodating and helped us decide what to do on our trip. The rooms weren't as clean as I expected but they were very spacious. Housekeeping does the minimum.. they only take out the trash, refill shampoo bottles and make beds. I don't think they bothered much with cleaning the floors. The... More

Although it takes some concentration to make your way to and from the train the first couple of times, it is well worth it. This hotel is very large but we only ever saw a maximum of 5 other people in the week we stayed. We had a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment and it was very large with an almost... More

They asked for a deposit at check in and forgot to give us or rail passes. So when we asked them for the 4 rail passes the next day, they only gave us 2 and said they ran out of them and demanded another deposit!?!? Walking thru an empty building to and from the rail was creepy. No TV's in... More
