It is quite an eye catching to see Arena Mounbatten hotel near to the Masjid Jamek lrt. It is at least 5 minutes from lrt and convenient for travellers. Like many budget hotel that in the middle of the city and near to lrt/train station in KL, it is not convenient for travellers with car. There are no parking space... More

I stay with the group of this hotels a few times and every time also end up with complaints. This time stay is because of near to Marathon start point. While check-in, the reception staff name Eric was very friendly and helpful. However, the bad things happen. We went into the room and found the hand basin bottom glass was... More

Good location but horrible room. We stayed at the 4th floor. room is super tiny, bathroom is nasty, smelly, no wifi. one of the Chinese staff is very friendly and others are OK. Just sitting there watching TV. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that serves good food. Won't come back again to stay there

Hotel impression, as a budget hotel they try to looks chick by placing blue ambient lighting. Room impression, decently clean, blue ambience, toilet design inappropriate, quite a good size for deluxe room in budget hotel. Location is great, in walking distance to petaling street/ Chinatown. Difficulty in parking if you are arriving by taxi. Negative part is only it's situated... More

- Near lrt station and the bus stop to sg. wang and pavilion, walking distance (free shuttle provided by rapid kl) - the basic stuff provided except blanket, rent from them or bring yourself - hair dryer unavailable - little cockroaches appear on luggage locker (bring your locks) - safety locker available but cannot use - bathroom and toilet nice... Upon arriving at the hotel it did not look like much. The rooms are small, fits a double bed and space for 2 suitcases, that is about it. Bathroom is also very small with no curtain or door between the shower and toilet/sink. So it can get a but wet all over. But, the rooms are clean, bed was comfy,... More

Location: Very central, near to the GOKL bus stop (Muzium Telecom) and Masjid Jamek LRT. Also near Merdeka Square, Central Market, Chinatown and others. I guess this is the only plus point. Service: Just good. Nothing fancy. Room and Amenities: Very poor, room is old. Bedding is not as good, spring mattress feels very old. The room looks dirty. TV... More

This was honestly the worst hotel I have been in my life. I have travelled 2 months in Asia, also in hostels and lower star hotels and I don't understand how this hotel can have 3 stars. First of all the room was dirty (hairs in bed, floors etc. Dirt and dust everywhere). We asked the staff to clean it... More

1. Don't put a door in the toilet / bathroom. I love to see my boyfriend sitting on the toilet 2. Give us a broken television, nothing nicer than watching a black screen in the evening 3. We love to share our room with cockroaches 4. Don't put curtains (or only half a curtain), let the sunshine in 5. Don't... More

Room was clean, great value and the deco was awesome. Housekeeping did a great job and reception named aliyah is such a gem to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. She printed out few things for me when I asked her about hop on hop off kl bus tour. She also gave aspirin when she knows one of my friends... More
