This is very great hostel in terms of cleanliness, infrastructures, security ... However this makes not at all the best hostel I have visited. Why? very commercial, employee not warmly welcoming customers, no sense of humanity, no emotional and empathic behaviour from employees. Very not inspiring for the future evolution of this hostel. This is just my feeling. Same thoughts... More

I made a three night reservation so I could arrive at 4am on Saturday morning and leave for my flight on Sunday afternoon at 6pm. They were happy to help me with this and as soon as I arrived I was able to drop my bag in the room, grab a shower and then sleep! I loved the set up... More

Between my girlfriend and I, we have stayed in a lot of hostels around the world but Reggae Mansion has to have been the best hostel we have ever stayed in. We stayed two nights in this hostel and could easily have mistaken the amenities of this hostel for that of a hotel. Neither of us were big fans of... More

Huge hostel tht looks a lot more like a hotel. A bit more expensive than other hostels but so much better. Very safe. There is security everywhere. In fact, it was even a bit too much when security would come in the dorms in the middle of the night.. The big dorms are a lot more spacious thn the smaller... More

The hostel itself is in close proximity to the train station which you can take to the city and walking distance to china town if you want to do some affordable shopping or grab a quick bite. There is a roof top bar at the hostel with very reasonably priced drinks. A good place to pre game and head out... More

This place seriously needs to be taken down off its pedestal. So over priced for what you get. You have to pay to use the computers, the cinema room and even to go on the roof top bar in the evening!! The breakfast is rubbish: watermelon, toast, noodles and either egg or sausage.. Not good enough food selection considering price... More

Me and my partner stayed at the Reggae Mansion in KL during the back end of June. We stayed for 3 nights before going onto Bangkok. We picked the reggae mansion, as it had a real hotel feel to it and we took one of the double pod rooms for ourselves on the second floor. I think it's easier to... More
