I think some of the other reviews overstate this place, but it is a very solid hostel with reasonable prices. The staff is indeed friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather small, and it can be noisy at night if people are carrying on the in the common room. The breakfast is nice; coffee, tea, and toast are available, with... More

The rooms aren't massive by any means, but they are nice and clean. The whole hostel is well taken care of. Free tea and coffee all day, along with bread with jam/peanut butter until 10:30 am. The hostel felt very secure, and overall was a comfortable place to stay. A/C struggles a bit to keep up with the heat, but... More

Staff is wonderful and accommodating. The facilities are basic and so is the breakfast, but the staff is truly helpful and kind. The place is right next to the bus stop and makes it easy to travel alone or in groups. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed here for some nights in a double room and felt very comfortable. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was great and it is a very cozy place. Our room was small but nice and with window. Bathrooms were shared. Everything was clean. There is an open kitchen with a big, long table which makes it easy to... More

We arrived on the night bus from Singapore at 3.30am and the staff was very welcoming, let us stay in an empty room for free until we could check in the following afternoon. The breakfast was nice free tea and coffee, the rooms are quite small however, location very good.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for three nights while we were visiting KL. On arrival got to choose from two double rooms and picked the one with the window and aircon! Staff always very attentive, friendly and helpful, place is clean, lots of info about the city and SE Asia (books etc.). Location is good as well - close to... More

I only stayed one night at this hostel, but it was one of the nicest I stayed in during my trip. It has free coffee/tea all day, just like Wifi and two computers with internet access. I didn't had so much to do with the staff, but when I asked something, they were friendly. The female dorm is a bit... More

This hostel is amazing. We came here after 4 weeks in Thailand for a week and loved it from the start. It's a little bit difficult to find but ask a local and they will know exactly where it is. You can either choose a dorm or a twin room which have bunk beds. The rooms are very clean, small... More

I visited KL with my mom last October 22, 2013. We already have a reservation on that date but we arrived KL earlier than planned. The receptionist is so accomodating. We were able to check-in at around 5 in the morning even without notice. Room - 10/10 Towels, blankets and pillows are provided. Very clean. Air-conditioning is very good. Comfort... More
