Located within walking distance from the monorail and nga KL Sentral station. Going to any place in KL(including the airport) is easy. I checked the place out for the first time and made the decision to stay within a minute of stepping in. The staff were very accommodating. The 30-ringgit bunk I stayed in was really comfortable. Although the neighborhood... More

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst travelling in Asia...staff really helpful and friendly on check in, washing machines available and free breakfast in the morning (they even had marmite which, being British, was a huge bonus :-D). The showers were clean and they give you a fresh towel and a cosy fleece blanket to sleep with. Some people have moaned... More

People who would like privacy and maybe some safe distance away from hipsters should opt for another hostel. Then again, there are many good things to like about PODs. It's one of those few hostels in Kuala Lumpur with two interesting attributes: comfort and character. For starters, a bunk bed for a night is rather cheap and comfy; the communal... More

I was surprised to find such unique and nice place to stay in as I was travelling around KL and dont know where to stay in with my 5 years old son. At first I was abit scared at the street as the street looks unsafe. But when I enter the PODs, I felt warmeth and relax as the place... More

During my journey through Malaysia I stayed at PODS for 4 times. I really liked it, because the people there were so friendly and open! From my first stay onwards all the stuff new my name there and always remembered me, when I came back. They had a nice room with chairs and pillows to relax and meet people, there... More

Overall, this was a great spot to stay, very close to KL Sentra in Little India (which i didn't know until I got there). Had a single pod, and it was great for what i needed it for. There was some activity going on outside so there were a lot of girls cheering but they stopped around 11:30. Otherwise, I... More

The rooms are not rooms- they are partitions that do not reach the ceiling. The result: you hear everything that is happening on the floor. I was kept up all night. Anytime someone opened a door, sneezed, touched a plastic bag- I would be woken up. You're not getting a private room- you're sharing a floor with 15 people. If... More

The Good: -free towels, large with the lovely just-laundered smell -fantastic location just a comfortable (most is through the station and Nu Sentral mall) 10 minutes walk away from KL Sentral -bed comfortable -very affordable, mostly clean -elevator available -the green nature theme was calming -shower stalls were huge. I've been in ones that were elbow-span and I'm not very... More
