Stayed a few nights in a single open top cubicle. Some friendly staff. good location, free wifi and light breakfast of bread and Jam,coffee n tea provided.Shower pressure very weak. A/C on bet. 7pm to 7am. If you back after sight-seeing/shopping after those hours, there are the fans, which for the individual rooms are insufficient to cool down.Plenty of food stalls/shops around.

Hello, We've just recently changed our middle centralized aircond hours to start at 2pm which is the check-in time until 5am in the morning. This has helped cool down the place much faster and during daytime which is hotter. Thank you for your feedback. Regards, Wah More

One of the most soulless hostels around, but good if you want somewhere very very close to KL Sentral. Stayed twice when going through KL, and both times it felt like the staff didn't really want us there! Even when we got to the reception, we couldn't tell who was working there. The rooms are fine, very basic, and it... More

I stayed 2 nights and I liked the hostel, all is clean, well organized, breakfast is included and good, you can use the kitchen and staff is nice. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but A/C is too cold at the night and blankets are not enough warm.. Moreover wifi was very bad in my room.. The hostel has a good... More

Bonjour, Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We're happy to inform that we've upgraded our wifi access point in 3rd floor which has increased the Internet performance significantly. Aircond is sometimes set at 16 C which is the reason why it gets too cold. We will normally set at 23 C but sometimes some guests want it colder... More

Stayed here for an overnight layover in KL before heading to Thailand, it is located an easy 5 minute walk from Kuala Lumpur Sentral bus station, super convenient and lots of food options all around :) I will stay here again next time I need a quick night in KL... Beds are comfortable and it is secure. Great common area... More

Hello, Our location is indeed one of our strong points to stay here. Being less than 5 minutes walk to KL Sentral, it definitely gives convenient access to other major attractions around KL by train/bus. We're happy to inform that we've just opened our brand new cafe called teaPODs cafe located at the ground floor of the premise. We offer... More

The location is important when choosing a hostel. This hotel is very near form KL Sentra Station or Nu Central mall. I love to stay at here. Cheap and clean. I feel comfortable when I choose and slept in the dormitory room . The room is huge and has a large window so the room does not feel stuffy. Three... More

Look no further, PODs is the place you want to stay at. It's in the heart of KL, 10 minutes walk to KL Sentral, a huge shopping mall too, lots of convenience stores, local food everywhere... It's perfect. However, our visit to PODs started off on the wrong foot, I think it might have had something to do with arriving... More

Nothing fancy, but nice place to stay - I especially like the miscellaneous activities e.g., portrait painting and guitar playing by other guests, going on in the common dining area. The convenient location - just a few minutes' walking distance from Skybus/KLIA Ekspres/KL Sentral monorail - is a big plus. But do not expect too much for the free breakfast... More

Hello, Thank you very much for your positive feedback and we highly appreciate it. The misc activities are most of the time done by our staffs. We hope to plan and do more in future to make the common area more active and lively. Plus our newly opened teaPODs cafe is also a great place to gather and do activities.... More

nice hostel. I stayed in a single room but the rooms are open (the is not roof in the room but a common one) and it gets pretty loud...you basically hear all the sounds made by other guests. Apart from this the hostel is great: free breakfast, free tea and free (and fast) wifi! Great location!!!!

Hello, Yes our rooms are designed as open space partition with built-in platform to generate good air circulation. We would love to renovate the place to have fully closed walls however it's a bit complicated to do so at the moment but we will see what we can do in future as we also realized some guests do love the... The price was amazing so cheap. The place certainly not flash by any means but was clean and tidy. Showers and so on were tidy. I definitely would recommend for the budget traveler not wanting to spend a lot of money on accommodations. The train station is very close as well :)
