I was traveling to Malaysia and stay here for 2 night, from Nov 22-24. It was a nice place. Easy to reach from KL Sentral, just walk around 5-10 minutes. But I have bad experiences cz they staffs are not friendly, they never smile on us. Wet floor in our room corner. But it has good bed so i can... More

Located in strategic location: near the bus station and rapidKL transport make us easy to go anywhere in malaysia. Cozy room, great wifi, nice breakfast (in oldtown white coffee). Cons: no shampoo and sandals, no tea.

I had booked seven rooms and the reception guy was really, really slow. In fact he kept my identity card and i thought I had lost my ID. Not good. My room also faced the road where there was a night binging by the roadside stall the whole night. Finally, I was bitten by bed bugs ... Loads of it.... More

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights from 21 October 2014 to 26 October 2014. Assigned to Room 102. It is a room without window. However, room 102 is quite OK as the attached bathroom have 1 small window which you can open. The room have no neighbors/rooms at left or right and located very near to the Lift and... More

The hotel was hard to find and we end up taking a cab but when we arrived the staff were very helpful. There are a lot of economical places to eat around but please just be careful with your belongings outside because there were/are a lot of lawless individuals here. I even caught someone's right hand inside my pocket trying... More

Pros - near bus and train station, good a/c, good wifi, nice bathroom..... BUT the staff was inconsiderate and housekeeping staff are lazy! Our bed seemed clean but when I removed the blanket, stray hairs and bits of sand clung to sheets! Housekeeping forgot to put towels in our room, we informed the frontdesk about it and requested for some.... More

I have been stayed 2 nights at this hotel The room is relatively clean. A girl staff was friendly but some boy staff look like robotic to greet you. For the price, i think it still ok to stay at this hotel. I wish there is safety box in the room, but there are safety boxes at reception.

Last minute booking and ventured into this new chain in hotels (all around Brickfields). i would say everything in this is just sufficient. This is only a stay property and no options for F & B. But there are hundreds of options just within steps away. The locality of this hotel is below standard. if the entrance to the hotel... More

I've stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and the moment we stepped into our room, we were quite shocked that the condition was lovelier than what we had expected for a low budget hotel earlier. The room was clean, so as the bathroom. The amenities were basics and all and all, everything's comfortable (the bed, pillows, space, shower).... More
