We stayed here as it was affordable and the location was perfect. 5 min walk to ktm, lrt, bus and monorail. The staff were very friendly. Spotted some little bugs in our room though but still is very clean. Definately will stay here again next time we visit KL.

Reception staff were very polite and friendly. Concierge was unfriendly and unhelpful and full of his own importance. Room was clean but located right next to the housekeeping centre. The housekeeping staff made a heap of racket until 9 at night, then baton was picked up by inconsiderate residents. There is absolutely no soundproofing of any kind and the smallest... More

For tourists, it is really a good hotel to stay at, with the KL Sentral , just less than 10 min walk, which connects to airport, all other parts of the city. There are many eateries around, location is a plus point. Room we booked was very clean, and good room cleaning service, just one minus, we had asked the... More

My mate's family has stayed here so we knew it would be good. As other reviewers have said, hotel is new and modern but best of all, is about ten minutes walk from KL Sentral for all train connections and bus to airport. As we had an early flight, we chose My Hotel for the night before. Largish room, largish... More

The hotel is in walking distance 5-10 min to MRT KL Central and the shuttle bus station of AirAsia. I stayed Kuala Lumpur for one night due to the transition flight. It was hot so walking more than 15 min under sun makes you sweating a lot with two big luggage. So I am so glad this hotel is in... More

This Hotel is newly constructed. Very near to KL Sentral Station and very accessible via monorail and airport trains and buses. It has 5 floors with elevator service. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean yet small. You have an option for rooms with window or no window (cheaper by RM10). All rooms are non-smoking rooms. LED TV and split... More

the location is ok, near to kl sentral and much quiet than my hotel@kl sentral. it was so easy to find(just near 7-11) & walkable from kl sentral in just 10 minutes. The bathroom door was faulty and there was a gap between the angle and panel allo

This is a surprisingly well maintained and modern for a budget hotel. With just the basics provided - a comfortable bed, clean lenin, good aircon, electronic door locks, clean bath with an instant geyser shower, shower gel and shampoo in wall dispensers and a hairdryer, 2 small bottles of drinking water, instant coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and an electric kettle.... Arrived off the Skybus with no exact idea of Hotel's location but it took no time to see the big sign advertising all three My Hotels that are in close proximity to Sentral. Just a few minutes walk. I chose the Brickfields one based on reviews and price and it did not let me down really. Lots of local and... More
