I stayed here for 3 days and I generally liked it. The buffet breakfast had a fair selection of options The rooms were clean, bed was excellent, having a safe was handy. TV had movie channels (I had to hide from the heat).... Staff were pleasant and helpful. My only flag would be that this is a 10 / 15... More

Stayed for 7days in the hotel.would say its a best but yet not excellent hotel we stayed for a longhaul. Room was adequant with the price and satisfied with the facilities provided. Encountered an unproffesional housekeeper but then well attended by the supervisor incharge! thumbsup to the staffs/manager in the hotel for the professional handlings of customers. Adios!!!

I stayed for 2 nights at the Frenz hotel while in KL. The Hotel is easy to find from Sentral station right in Little India. The place is ok, rooms are 20sqmeters but there are no Windows!!!!!!!! They forget to tell people about that before you book! Actually there are what seems to be Windows and that lets some light... More

This hotel staff never failed to impress me. Always ready to offer great service and very helpful. The Bell Man is always smiling and never complain having to open the door repeatedly for their guests.

pros: price 45$ per night new room and bathroom 10 min to metro. cons: it was very hot in the room. Air condition was always switched on and produced a lot of noise. A lot of noise from the street. Sleep quality was very low. small room.

Unfortunately the only room available was windowless. The room was really small, but it was clean and comfortable (and not the smallest room we saw when trying to find a hotel). The hotel is within walking distance to most places in KL. If you're not keen on walking then there are a number of metro rail stations close by. A... More

The reason we gave 4 stars is due to the hotel allowing guests to smoke in their rooms which result in the smoke traveling through the ventilation vents and coming inside through the bathroom. It was very bad actually and felt like the person was actually smoking the fag inside our bathroom. Also on our last night a family moved... More

I book this cozy little hotel because I was participating in the KL Marathon. From the map, I saw it was just a short walk away and book it without thinking much. Plus, the price was ok. To my surprise, the hotel was very close to Dataran Merdeka (Merdeka Square) where the Marathon was held, and the hotel was also... More

I stayed there for three nights. The room was very clean, much to my liking and the staffs are friendly. I booked online for a standard single room for RM128/=. I arrived early and check in time is supposed to be 3pm. Unfortunately none of the standard single rooms were available then. The staff upgraded my room without additional charge,... More
