Separate kitchen, bedroom and living room is a nice place to relax after a big day. The rooftop pool offers amazing views. The only problem is the walk up to the main street, it is a hill that gets tiresome after a few days(for my mum). Buffet breakfast is very very average, do not expect anything exciting, it is just... The hotel's main selling point is that the location is in the heart of the city - it is near to Bintang Walk and the monorail. The price is very affordable as the apartment is spacious with a nice bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen (with cooking facilities) and a washing machine. So it is great for families and big... More

The hotel room didn't match the description and photos provided on the hotel website. The hotel window faced directly into another building and the maintenance of the units was very poor. The access to the room was dingy and dirty, and the rooms did not appear to be particularly clean either.

I was reading a lot of negative reviews about the apartment being old and dirty etc, and was almost about to cancel my stay here. But my husband insisted we go ahead. When we got there, the reception was friendly, fast check in, the security guard helped us being our luggage upstairs. And we were quite impressed the apartment was... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days on the way back from Japan. The hotel is a little dated and the bathrooms need a renovation. The pool was great for a swim overlooking the city. Location was awesome. Walk to Bintang walk. Great selection of 24 hour food shops nearby. Also very short walk to the monorail.... More

Bintang Fairlane Residences is located at the best location possibly we could ask as we did a lot of shopping and it is located next to lot10 and Sungai Wang and further down there is Feranhide and Pavilion. To move around there is a monorel station just few steps away. We stayed in a two room apartment on the 20th... More

I travel to KL 1-2 times yearly and will stay at different hotels in city area to get a new experience. For this service residence, it's horrible. I stayed for two nights, and given just one free user ID and password for WiFi. When I ask if able to issue one more, I have to pay RM35 a night. What's... More

This was our 1st time to Kuala Lumpur with our 2 kids. We stayed 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. We loved the location and couldn't believe how easy it was to get around the city. We were about a 10min walk to Jalan Alor which was perfect for eating...although there are a million other places to eat in... More

It is an excellent choice, if you are worried about the location. I stayed at 1+1 Bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. However, the breakfast served was very basic and the lady at the reception office lacks smile, whereas, the security staffs were really helpful. Swimming pool do not have towel, hence take a towel from the room.... More
