We had a biz trip here. The total package for conference and finger food/cocktail are satisfying. Especially the high quality of facility support during our stay. Buffet lunch at 11F is also highly recommended. Italian restaurant at 10F is also good and you can utilize the 20% off coupon received when check in.

The rooms are spacious, the food is fabulous, the people are great - especially Marlon in the restaurant! The gym, the pool, the executive lounge - this is a great place to stay. We had dinner at the steakhouse and it was excellent. The view from the 24th floor was great. I will be back!

My Wife and I have just has a lovely stay at the Double Tree KL, very luxurious and great room with city views. Warm cookies were really good and the level of service and help from the staff was some of the best we've experienced. Highly recommended hotel!

Stayed there for 5 days for a business trip. Immaculate housekeeping, delicious and prompt room service, friendly staff both at restaurants and lobby, authentic food during breakfast - esp the Indian cuisine counter. Liked the follow-up call they practised after each service. Had a room with a nice view of the range. Will definitely return.

Double Tree in KL is definitely one of the best hotels in KL. I enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Here are some points that I would like to share. Plus: Quality Food, Spacious Room, Prime Location (Close to Twin Towers) & Helpful Staff. Minus: No FREE internet in rooms (what they offer, however, is very expensive).
