Lovely small hotel, nice rooms, great rooftop terrace for breakfast. The hop on hop off bus stops just across the road! Lots of places to get local eats and drinks a stones throw away. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a few nights in KL.

This was a lovely little hotel, completely different to the big 4/5 star international hotels in the rest of KL. It had a colonial/historic feel with dark wood everywhere and chinese lanterns. I had a room overlooking the interior courtyard- it was a bit dark, and as the windows looked out onto the corridor you couldn't really have the curtains... More

Only stayed at Anggun Boutique Hotel for 1 night and it was a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. The windows of the room were facing the corridor and was initially worried about the lack of privacy. But they had curtains to cover the windows, which were adequate and the... More

We recently enoyed 2 nights in this lovely, clean and comfortable small boutique hotel. The location is ideal, close to all the action. The breakfasts were wonderful, a great selection and served by friendly staff. We also appreciated to be welcomed with a cool towel and chilled tea. The reception staff was most helpfull as well. Perhaps the only (minor)... More

We stayed at the Anggun Boutique Hotel for just one evening: Christmas Eve, 2014. The hotel is on a street with lots of less expensive "hostel"-style places which we didn't investigate. The hotel is quaint and has a nice feel of a well-used and well-loved building in an area that is otherwise full of modern eyesores. It was very nice... More

A lovely little hotel right in the centre of KL. It was wonderful to be welcomed with a cool towel and juice after a long journey - it set the tone for an excellent stay. Every-time we returned to the hotel from exploring, shopping or sightseeing we immediately felt cool and relaxed again. The rooms are very clean, beautifully furnished... More

The Good. Like many have pointed out before ,the hotel is at a great location. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel . The Hop on bus stop is right outside the hotel as well. Nice Clean Rooms. Tour options to travel the city were available. Plenty of massage places close by. Bukit Bintang monorail station is 5 minute walkaway.(... More

The Location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is good and caring. Quiet and peaceful rooms decorated in ethnic style. Clean and fresh bathroom. Smart TV and Computer in the room makes it easier to watch whatever you want on youtube. Book it online and you will get a better price. Walk in price is quiet high.

Anggun is a lovely little boutique hotel in a fantastic location with shopping, restaurants and the hawker style food stalls in Jalan Alor a stone's throw away. It's also quite convenient to the Bukit Bintang monorail station, which is about a 5 minute walk away. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, so was relatively quiet.... More

We have stayed in so many places on our travels, from total dives to 5* hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say that all four of us (we swapped with our teenage sons who normally sleep through thunderstorms for the second night) have never had a worse night's 'sleep' due to the constant racket in room 301,...
