We stayed here for a night on Aug 19. The check in was smooth and the triple room overlooking the road was comfy with good quality beds The bathroom was adequate and there is a basic supply of amenities provided. There was road noise till about mid night but that was not a big issue. The front desk was very... More

Stayed only for a night, we used it as a transit hotel due to we need to go to Genting Highlands the next day, and just came from Penang. So, this hotel is the central place, from KLIA2 to KL Sentral by bus cost MYR 10/Adult and MYR 5/child. It would cost a little bit cheaper if we booked the... More

We had booked into Zon, a 5star resort for our first night in KL to start off our holiday. This is our 3rd time to KL, as our stop over to other countries (we fly Air Asia all the time - love how "Tony" supports his country" ) When we arrived, we got tickets for the fast train, and somehow... More

stayed here for a few nights in their 'my double' room which was a reasonable sized room. the bathroom was open plan which meant every time you had a shower you would pretty much flood the room. the sink in the bathroom leaked whenever we used it and also the air conditioner dripped water too, we went down to reception... Chose to book this hotel because of the positive reviews that I have read about it, but it was far from what i've expected. Well yeah the hotel is centrally located, clean, its near the mall & the train station and the price per night is very reasonable, however some of the staff are not that friendly, especially the receptionist,... We booked a triple, but the room turned out to be much smaller than any of the photos posted online. This got our stay off to a disappointing start, but if you don't spend much time hanging out in the hotel--we don't--it's not so bad. Initially felt a little duped, but in the end it was okay. Just okay. The... More

Overall room condition was good. The room was clean as well as the toilet. It is very strategic in location which is nearby KL sentral and Nu Sentral. The price is reasonable. However the sound insulation was poor which could hear the noise from outside.

I am grateful for the prompt action and honesty of the hotel staff. A couple of hours after check out my husband realised he had left his wedding ring in the room on the bedside table. A frantic call was made to the hotel reception. In a short time they called us back and told us they had found the... More
