Very suitable for backpackers! The guesthouse is near the Train station and bus stops so you can commute in a convenient way. Also very near the China Town where you can do your shopping for souvenirs in a lesser cost! The staff are very nice. Receptionist Sam even gave us a simple but very easy to follow walk through on... The travel hub is located in chinatown which is an exciting vibrant part of KL with the Pasar Seni MRT station very close by. So you can get around KL easily from this place. The facilities were modern with working AC in both the rooms I stayed in. The staff are very friendly and there was a communal atmosphere from... More

The amenities here are fine, but the staff is very rude. They were not very friendly when I checked in, at first trying to turn me away because there were no free needs (there was a bed). However, the worst part was that at midnight, the male night staff barged into the girls' room, turned on the lights, and told... More

I stayed at the Travel Hub a few weeks ago on my trip to KL. The staff there was so nice and made me feel right at home. They were honest, truthful and gave you their time. It is also a great place for meeting other travelers and down to earth people. Sam is truly a good guy so you... More

Secure friendly hostel. The owner chatted with us and helped us with tips on what to see and do in Malaysia. The room had good aircon (crucial in sweltering Kuala Lumpur), but the TV did not work. The place was clean including the bathroom, showers and kitchen. Also very cheap and good location, next to ChinaTown.

The staff were very helpful. I got there very early as I got an early train, they let me into the hostel to have a shower and chill until I could check in. They even upgraded me to a better room that was available! The location was very good only a 2 minute walk to the metro station which was... More

We stayed in a 4 person dorm in our short visit to Kuala Lumpur. The room looked nice with red sheets on the bed and lockers for each person. The staff were relatively friendly and the atmosphere was quite nice. There were two bathrooms inside the smoking area and a few more at the other end of the hostel. All... More

I stayed here with friends for 4 nights in Kuala Lumpur. While it was an average hostel, I cannot fault its location - especially being so close to Chinatown and the famous Petaling Street Markets. It's quite cheap, and you cannot go wrong by booking a bed here for a few nights. Staff there are very friendly. Only downside is... More

We stayed for 3 nights in the Hostel. The staff is very friendly, especially the lady working in the morning shifts could help us with all our questions about town. Our room for the first 2 nights was on the first floor. It was very basic, but clean. The last night we had to move to the 3rd floor and... More

Have been at travel hub KL back in 2011, so i decided to stay again for some nights. Staff is friendly, funny and they all look a bit stoned haha. Hostel is located 5min walk from petaling street and MRT maharajalela. Rooms are clean and air conditioned, bathroom a bit small but okay. For that price one of the best... More
