The place was really good and have a great location. The stuff was really nice and the double rooms are well equipped. In total it was a really great stay and we had a good time. For the price you get a lot

This is easily one of the better accomodations in the whole of Malaysia. We've bbeen to the islands and to Penang and Kuala Lumpur but this place was fun, clean and had one of the most comfortable cheap rooms in the country. The location is superb and one can't ask for more with the people working there. Keep it up... More

My brother and I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights, it was a nice friendly environment and had a rooftop with a bar which is always nice. When I visited Travel Hub, it had recently extended so my brother and I stayed in the new section. The main downside is that getting to bed was a mission, it felt... More

We stayed Travel Hub two nights. Rooms was clean enough. The number of toilets and showers was sufficient. Bed was fine, not so good. There was a dedicated place for face cleaning and tooth brushing, so it was quite convenient. However, rooms were categorised by difficult names, so some guests did not remember their room name when the staff asked... More

Turned up having booked a dorm room in advance and said that it was full and they overbooked. would not put me in another room for the same price. very unhelpful and barely looked at me, was more keen to get back to playing solitaire on the computer. would not recommend!

Very suitable for backpackers! The guesthouse is near the Train station and bus stops so you can commute in a convenient way. Also very near the China Town where you can do your shopping for souvenirs in a lesser cost! The staff are very nice. Receptionist Sam even gave us a simple but very easy to follow walk through on... The travel hub is located in chinatown which is an exciting vibrant part of KL with the Pasar Seni MRT station very close by. So you can get around KL easily from this place. The facilities were modern with working AC in both the rooms I stayed in. The staff are very friendly and there was a communal atmosphere from... More

The amenities here are fine, but the staff is very rude. They were not very friendly when I checked in, at first trying to turn me away because there were no free needs (there was a bed). However, the worst part was that at midnight, the male night staff barged into the girls' room, turned on the lights, and told... More

I stayed at the Travel Hub a few weeks ago on my trip to KL. The staff there was so nice and made me feel right at home. They were honest, truthful and gave you their time. It is also a great place for meeting other travelers and down to earth people. Sam is truly a good guy so you... More

Secure friendly hostel. The owner chatted with us and helped us with tips on what to see and do in Malaysia. The room had good aircon (crucial in sweltering Kuala Lumpur), but the TV did not work. The place was clean including the bathroom, showers and kitchen. Also very cheap and good location, next to ChinaTown.
