Located at the heart of China town, the hotel boasts great access to key points of the city. The price is reasonable, and i believe it will be hard to find such deal elsewhere. The hotel is well maintained, very clean. China town will run through late night, and it will be great to take a walk tour. You won't... More

Just tried to find out the room in china town (KL) for a short night stay before travelling back home. It was a terrible hotel for my experiences. Hotel staff confirmed wifi is available in room and good as what we have mentioned earlier during check in. But actually is worst. Bedsheets bad smell, A gentle remind! Do not trust... More

My experience in the 5 Elements Hotel couldn't have been better, I was so happily surprised considering I had made the reservation through Internet and you never know what you are going to find. The staff was the best, helpful , efficient , friendly and caring. I had a long stay with them , and they made me feel very... More

We were travelling as a family after visiting Singapore and wanted to stay two days at KL. Our travel guide had booked this place and told us that it was in a good location. I was apprehensive as it is just a few yards away from the Chinatown. I have been to Malaysia earlier and have gone around Chinatown, so... More

Me and a friend stayed in this hotel for a week in November, and we found the overall quality of the hotel was decent, the hotel and room are pretty basic as you would expect for the price, the lobby of the hotel was modern and clean, with friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel is good depending... More

Cheapish hotel. It is ok if you are in the upper floors. The breakfast is terrible. Tasteless industrial food. 200€ got stolen in my room and the staff could not care less. It was a nightmare to pay as well as my company wanted to pay without the physical credit card.

We did not have reservation. Just inquired early morning (arrived KL by train from Singapore)...receptionist was so accommodating and gave us a very nice start of the day. There was available room, the rate was good. When we got up to our room, impressive! We had free breakfast..set meal. They put ketchup on my sunnyside up egg which I did... More
