Just returned from a KL convention where I had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel. I found the staff to be efficient, helpful and courteous; the breakfast buffet was pleasing with adequate variety; the lifts were not slow (as other reviewers have indicated). Check-in was smooth, rapid and pleasantly surprising, as I was up-graded from a studio to... More

Located at golden triangle, fraser place is the most suitable place for my family. With good layout (1 bedroom studio) my family had a memorable time staying at fraser place. During day time when im out for conference, my wife perfectly handle my kids to study iat living area, cooking at kitchen and having fun at SPLASH area which are... More

This hotel is in the City Centre which is good for business travellers as it is near (walking distance) to CBD, KLCC and Pavilion. There are a number of reasonable eateries (Western, coffee house and Japanese). There are other hotels (Shangri La, Concord) and pubs down the road. For those who are staying for more than a few days, I... More

We stayed at Fraser Place for 4 nights at the beginning of our holiday to Malaysia in late July 2014. The hotel is fairly new and very nice. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Apartment which was enormous! The kitchen was very handy, and had quality Electrolux appliances, including an induction cooktop and a decent size fridge. The bathroom was... More

Stayed here for one night on business. Rooms are clean and the staff generally friendly but the breakfast is sooo boring! Not very Western at all, no hash browns, mushrooms, pork, tomatoes etc just lousy chicken sausages and some form of over sized baked beans along with the usual fruit, continental stuff, fruit and a very small selection of Asian... We've been there just to spend a week end. The staff were friendly and helpful The apartment was just what we expected with a small view from the private terrace on the twin tower . We did not experienced the breakfast as it finished at 10.30. We will definitely go back for our next trip.

room is spacious and very homy however the staffs were a bit sour and we had to wait for ages for the rooms to be ready upon check in. nearly 2 hours after the standard check in time. i wish that the staffs could be a bit more attentive knowing the fact that we had such a long flight prior... More

I have booked a quadruple room via Amoma for 2 adults and 2 children. The room proposed by the hotel at our arrival was a double room with an extra bed. And what can I do with my other kid? The receptionnist proposed me to have a bigger room for MYR 500 more! I insist on the fact that I... More

Company requires us to stay here during our work assignment. They think they are getting a good deal. The hotel looks nice and beautiful on the outside but it starts to fall apart once you look more closely at it. The hotel walls are very thin. We could clearly hear our next door neighbors watching "Frozen" one morning. The internet... More

Good Hotels in Kl aren't cheap, and most are overpriced by 20%. Fraser Place is a nice hotel but it's overpriced! I had a disastrous start to my stay. I checked in and the room was excellent although the wi-fi wasn't working. I was told it would be fixed in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I was told they were... More
