Excellently made large property with large room / apartment. Good convenient location too. However the food spread is average, staff is not courteous as one would expect. Wi-fi does not work. Good option if you are looking for long stay with minimum service requirements.

The staff weren't fluent in English and the breakfast was the worst I have ever tasted. The rooms were very small and stinky. The bed and WiFi were the only things that ware okay and the location of the hotel was quite central. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a good stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Couldnt sleep a wink as room not noise proof. Noise was from both inside and outside of hotel. Especially illegal racers until wee hours of morning. Dreadful. If travelling with kids dont stay here. Windows open easily could be dangerous. Hotel staff not so friendly. Bathroom with massive windows only covered with flimsy shower curtain. Horrible. Never again.

The hotel was centrally located for all the shopping malls! Otherwise, it is an average hotel with basic amenities and the rooms are small and not well maintained. The bathroom door was too damp to close and the toilet was not functioning! Reception was unfriendly and kept us waiting for a long time. The Staff should be trained to improve... More

Hotel is not expensive around 120 ringit (40 dlls), it's 5 min walking from Merdeka Square and relatively close by taxi to Chinatown and Central Market, although I don't recomend breakfest because it only includes toast, fruit and malaysian options western options cost extra.

Central location (earth of chinatown), clean, very confortable beds! Value for money. Rooms are quite small, especially the toilette but you get All you need while visiting KL! Breakfast isn't tipical european breakfast, but there is plenty of bread, eggs and asian dishes!

When I saw that this hotel was rated #83 out 262 hotels in KL, my first thought was...there are over 150 hotels worse than this one??? Unbelievably bad hotel. Here are just a few of my grievances: 1) A swarm of red ants invaded the room. 2) Tiny rooms 3) Tiny bathroom 4) Terrible restaurant 5) Stuffy rooms - air... More

The hotel itself was probably a 2.5 star. The staff didn't speak much English but helped as they could. If you're looking for a place to hangout all day then this isn't for you. But Swiss Hotel is a 3min walk to the train station and from there only 2 stops to KL Sentral major station. You can catch a... More
