I never write reviews but I am so frustrated right now. This place looks very different from the pictures. It is not clean, dingy, and creepy. It says they have a "fitness facility" on their website, and I even emailed to check as the gym was the main reason I booked this hotel. However when I got here the manager... More

Puteri Park Hotel is situated in a good location for shoppers and food-lovers alike. We arrived from a 6-hour travel from Singapore past midnight and we checked in very late at around 2 am. We were easily accommodated by the night staff which were composed of gentlemen who were very helpful despite of language differences. Lifts are ample-spaced as what I... More

At first this hotel categorized as 3 star hotel, most of their clients stay in were Chinese so most of the food serve on breakfast time were beehon, fried rice, etc, but they have toasted bread & butter, jam for other food option. Breakfast is buffet so nothing to worry for your large tummy. Room is good but the floor... More

The Puteri park lies in the heart of Kualampur. It is in the heart of KLCC. CLose to the park, towers, shopping malls, BB Plaza, underground MRT and many other hotels. Location wise it’s a good hotel to be considered. But as far as the service and facilities are concerned, even 3 stars would be over rating it. It was... More

stayed here for 6weeks for a business trip in KL and honestly the location is not very safe. lots of prostitutes and homeless guys around, asking for money and all. not a safe place to walk around at night. no nearby trains around so you will be forced to take taxis. wifi was very good though, but sometimes off on... The location is excellent. It is near to railway (train) station, Petronas Towers and other shopping areas. The service is also very good. In case you report any problem, they attend to it immediately. The rooms are small, but comfortable We found some small cockroaches in the room. I am from India and I am used to see cockroaches and... More

I was recently on a honeymoon to Singapore, Malaysia. During my visit to Kuala Lumpur i stayed in Puteri Park Hotel. I must say that it wasn't a pleasant experience in the hotel which being a 3 star hotel looks like 1 star or 2 star. The breakfast buffet was quite good in terms of varieties but only for people...
