We reserved a room there online and when we reached what we found out looked more like a brothel than anything else. We were greeted downstairs by two young ladies inviting us for a "massage". We went up and asked to visit the room anyway, but the guy at the reception was very rude so we just walked out to... More

We had just 3 nights in KL and wanted to be in a location that offered enough space for our family of four, was in the heart of the action & wasn't too expensive. Paradiso B & B ticked all three boxes. To be clear about the "Breakfast" part....you can if you part with a few ringgit for toast and... More

A nice clean hostel, located closer to a Metro and bus stop. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was small but cozy. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who wants’ to go to Kuala Lumpur. I It is also near to all the important places, KL Towers, Petronas. Would definitely use again if I was in need of... More

I was not able to sleep well because of the hustle-bustle noises from Bukit Bintang intersection to which the Hotel faces outright, more than offsetting the kind reception by the staff and value-4-money aspects of the Hotel. The visitors seemed to be decent enough in spite of the fact that the Hotel is located in KL's red-light district. The trade-off... More

Although I arrived late at night, very friendly staff welcomed me. The location is very strategic, near Jalan Alor and KLCC. I stayed in the dorm and the room was so clean. This place is also close to monorail station and GO-KL free bus stop. Maybe it's so difficult to find this place because there's some construction in this area.... More

Despite of the strategic location, placed on the hypest junction, close to MRT station and bus stop, I found difficulties to find this place once I arrived at Bukit Bintang because no one seems to know this hotel. I asked the securities and polices nearby, they suggest me to ask the concierge at the nearby mall, Lot 10. The concierge... More

I will higly recommend you to stay in Paradiso due to its cheap price, clean room and friendly staff. The place is indeed comfortable and really close to the train station, restaurants and shopping center. But over all, the staff is just really really nice. The receptionist helped me a lot. He brought me to the train station with umberella... More

It's clean and comfortable. There's nothing too fancy but it is how it should be. The location here is very convenient: Changkat, the bar street is around the corner (so is Jalan Alor, the food street). KL Tower and KLCC (Petronas Towers) are in 15-minutes-walking-distance. I definitely prefer this area over Chinatown. However, the WiFi was EXTREMELY bad. Most of... More
