A lot of choises for breakfast and you can eat as much as you want. Room was very clean, they cleaned it every day. Bed was good and aircon worked. Upon entering my room, there is a bad damn sock smell and carpet is in very bad condition where I simply cannot step on it. Ask for air freshner, was told "dun have"! So very dissappointing. Reception Staff are not flexible and very abrupt.

Booked with booking.com. Booked deluxe, but staff mistook my booking for superior. Took nearly one hour to settle the misunderstanding and find my booking. Room is clean overall, but a little dusty on the bedsheets. Room is very spacious and quiet, providing a much needed rest for me.

Some of their staff are badly trained or badly brought up. Customer service is next to zero. Even when they have made a mistake, they do not admit they have done so. There was rubbish and food in the corridors that were not cleaned up for more than a day, with cockroaches having a fun time feasting on it.

The service was moderate. The house keeping only on second day and not on other following day. We called many time for housekeeping to come until night only she come. Not vry good and the room was close to rubbish room. Its smells bad. Not a good way to greet customer. Althought it is near to jalan tar.
