yeah its bit rough but cheap, came here cause sounded like there was a cheap/decent bar however was locked up and no access to roof top over the 3 nights i was here so if i had known would have found somewhere else as there is plenty of budget hotels where you can get a better room for same price.

It's the cheapest and located in the city centre, however, I can't keep it with the bad smell, bathrooms and dead wifi. I'd recommend it for those who just need a cheap bed for 8hrs sleeping. It also has a nice roof in where u can meet nice people.

Very good location in Chinatown. The hostel is a good place for backpackers, not very clean though, but for an easygoing person is fine. Rooftop bar with delicious breakfast and at night a good place to meet other travelers. I'd recommend it.

We arrived here from the airport. You get a train from the airport to the station in KL.. There's a taxi booking stand, which we used as we thought it would be safer bet.. Cost to book a taxi, but we did it anyway. Got a ticket and they flagged a taxi dome for us. On our way, I figured... More

The hostel is in the middle of KL's lively China town, on sultan road. There's lots of good and cheap places to eat around (especially the food courts), plenty of street food and fruit stalls, there's 7- elevens and KK supermarkets round the corner, not to mention the many stalls of the Chinese markets in the streets. The atmosphere is... More

As the title states I love the backpackers travelers inn. The staff is very accommodating and the location is great. The rooftop is perfect, regardless if its breakfast in the morning or drinks in the evening- its a great place to socialize and meet your fellow travelers. Big thanks to Chris for the advice and assistance.

I intended staying 3 nights but in the end stayed 1 week because it felt like my second home! Friendly staff, clean and spacious. No shortage of bathrooms too. Don't be shy to visit the cool roof top bar (you can work off those Chinese dumplings you got from across the street when climbing the stairs!) It sells the cheapest... More
