Nothing to complain, you get what you pay. The place maybe is not the most beautiful in town, but the location is perfect, rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. We don't need anything else, so we really liked this place. The shared bathrooms were always clean and even with hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful, stored our... More

The location is in Chinatown and not to far away from the bus station. It is surrounded by a lot of street kitchens and in the ground floor there is a restaurant. I didn't try any of them but they looked pretty nice (you can buy raw food and boil it at your table). The Staff is nice and speaks... More

We stayed a few nights in double room with shared toilets. Room was very small but seemed quite clean at first. Then we noticed that there were A LOT of rusty-brown spots and stains in the mattress. Later we learned that the stains were bedbugs excrement. After few nights there were nearly one hundred (yes, i counted!) VERY itchy bites... More

I stayed here last night and if we had been paying more attention we would have found it quicker as it's clearly signed. In Chinatown there is plenty of good food on your doorstep along with market stalls with clothing, sunglasses and watches. We shared a room for three which was perfectly fine, simple and clean. The mattresses are quite... More

We didn't particularly enjoy our stay here. The aircon is controlled by management, and if you pay for it it comes on at 5pm via a hole in the ceiling, it was very weak in the sweltering heat. We struggled. The room had no external windows, only windows opening into the corridor which was noisey and smokey. The bathrooms when... More

It seems that in KL.you get what you pay for. I went to backpacker travellers on the advice of a friend who.suggested that it was the cheapest spot in town that was sleepable. I'd have to agree. The conditions here are livable if you're willing to be a little less.comfortable than you might be accustomed to. First of all, bedbugs... More

We came at this hostel in 2009 and the room was ok, good wifi, nice staff, good location clean enough... At this time the breakfast was included, it's not the case anymore. It really changes. First, we booked earlier cause we came for chinese new year and all the cheap hotel are fully booked for this event. When we arrive... More

30RM for single room in the end of Jan only one bed, shared bathroom and toilet. It is good to sleep only coz there are some shops around in the chinatown. This is truly really for backpackers.

Horrible grey dull dirty corridors lead to tiny box rooms with nothing more than a bed and fan in. Only 2 toilet/shower rooms for the whole floor. I know it's the capital of Malaysia but for 34RM for a room there has to be better on there! My advice, look elsewhere

Good loacation: near Pudu Sentral and Pasa Seni, near China Town; Good wifi and rather cheap. Have no free breakfirst. Airconditioner only turn on from 9pm to 5am. Female Dorm room and Male Dorm room are in area and they are not clean. I think in the next trip to Kuala Lumpur, I won't stay here.
