It is next to The Pavillion. There is a coffeeshop where you can get a few local food for breakfast . If you willing to walk , it is accessible to the famous Jln imbi bak kut teh, 15 mins However it has a bar or pub nearby so there might be a bit of loud music noises till midnight

Positive comments: * Location is great - close to all shopping areas and restaurants just in walking distance * WiFi connection is excellent which could work with more than 2 devices. Constructive Suggestions: * Room maintenance could be better. Detail to Little thing makes a difference. Such as the bulb in the toilet is off, door stopper at the shower... More

Hotel location is fantastic, in the heart of KL. Warm welcoming by 'blonde hair' staffs both ladies & gentlemen, wondering if it is their grooming standard. Lift and corridor bit old fashion but the room is suitable. There is a spot in lobby which are look like 'dead' bar and a lot of unused items display and visible from walking... More

Dear BMCriders, We are well pleased with your comment and we thank you for choosing us for your stay in KL. We apologize if our front office team outlook has surprised you and we assure you that it’s not our standard of grooming. As for the look of the bar and restaurant at our secondary entrance, they are tenants of... More

Fairly standard business type hotel in a good location. Despite specifically asking for a non-smoking room when we booked we were given a room on a smoking floor that stank of cigarettes. Asked but was told there were no other options, which is pretty poor. Paid for breakfast one day, which wasn't anything special, but was convenient and not too... More

Upon walk in, have to admit that the lobby really was not convincing, part of the level looks abandoned and shady. And upon check in, since i had a medical condition that put me on restricted movement, thus requiring a wheelchair. When i asked to borrow one, the receptionist said the wheelchair is only for in-hotel use. I said since... More

Good hotel but the noise from the club/restaurant in front will keep you awake through the night... Never stay here again unless you have ear plugs or a sound sleeper. Music is too loud to be enjoyable.

Dear Geeeeky, Thank you for your comment, we regret to know that you have had a bad experience with the sounds that are emitting from the club at our lobby area. They are tenants of the building and we assure you that we have rectified and pacified the matter with the tenant. We ensure that this will not happen on... More

My wife booked this hotel online the on the 3rdApril2015 to stay on 4thApril2015. Since it was super last minute, the superior and deluxe room was fully booked, she booked the executive room. As we arrive early, around 11am, we were greeted by security guard with a smile asking if we are checking in. He courteously show me where to... More

We stayed here for 3 days and found it to be just what we wanted - great location and a comfortable room. There is lots of shopping and good places to eat within walking distance and it is just a stones throw from the monorail.

This hotel is positioned right in the middle of three shopping malls, good for shopping. The street is bustling with restaurants and there is a bar right out the front. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating. Young couple traveling at the end of March.
