lovely hotel the middle to the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang, thus making the location the best at a good price. The hotel rooms are a nice size and very modernly done, the service was excellent and very friendly and helpful staff.

Can't beat the location, rooms nice and clean and compact. Definitely good value for money and can't be more central to the shopping malls, walkway to twin towers and numerous restaurants. I read about the absence of staff in the hotel prior to staying and I would agree. You very rarely see anyone and aren't greeted by anyone but this... More

Its location can't be beaten - right next to the big boys like JWMarriot, Westin, Grand Millenium; surrounded by shopping malls Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88, Starhill, Lot 10, etc etc etc. Yet its rooms are waaaay cheaper than the big boys' (of course). One can easily enjoy all the surrounding restaurants, malls, etc yet pay only MYR250-MYR400 per night for a... More

This boutique hotel was fantastic for shopaholics because of its location right in the heart of the shopping district. Even though breakfast was not provided, there are so many great eateries and restaurants to choose from. Stayed there twice and my friends and I enjoyed our stay there. We loved the view to the Pavilion!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was OK. The hotel location is excellent. The room was clean. The view of our room was a huge concrete ugly building and windows but we did not care much as we only used the hotel to sleep at night and did not spend any time there. If you have... More

The location was there, the room was good, but there was something missing from the rest. Did not feel that there was much interaction from staff members, or really none at all. I really enjoyed being able to walk outside and everything was there- the shops, the bars, the restaurants, the people! That was definitely a plus and the hotel... More

Staying for 4 weeks in the Piccolo Hotel I can say that I did enjoy my time there based on the location only. It is situated within 2 minutes walk of 5 malls, easy access to transport, restraunts and a brisk 15 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. From this point of view I was more than satisfied with where... More

This is our 2nd time staying at Piccolo Hotel. We were there for four nights in the executive suite and this hotel has gotten worst than my first stay. Our bed sheets had stains, sofa with cigarette burns (it was a non smoking room), housekeeping skipped cleaning our room for a day and no taxi service by bell service/security in... More

Piccolo has been choice for hotel whenever I'm in KL because of the proximity to Pavillion and Bt Bintang area. I've stayed there more than 5 times. Though location is good it's marred with deteriorating service at each return. Where there was once excellent and personal service (e.g. A front manager who allowed an early check-in cos he saw how... More

Just average. The rooms have an uneasy design with frosty glass shower and bath. Very unnecessary. The water pressure is not constant. The staff not very friendly and not much informed of surroundings and how to get by to places. "Just get a taxi sir". I found by myself that I could get to mid valley by monorail and LRT.... More
