Piccolo has been choice for hotel whenever I'm in KL because of the proximity to Pavillion and Bt Bintang area. I've stayed there more than 5 times. Though location is good it's marred with deteriorating service at each return. Where there was once excellent and personal service (e.g. A front manager who allowed an early check-in cos he saw how... More

Just average. The rooms have an uneasy design with frosty glass shower and bath. Very unnecessary. The water pressure is not constant. The staff not very friendly and not much informed of surroundings and how to get by to places. "Just get a taxi sir". I found by myself that I could get to mid valley by monorail and LRT.... More

Stayed here five nights with may partner & would definitely recommend if your here for food and shopping. It was so close to everything! Room was clean & the massage is a must try! one of the best places! Only thing is if your travelling with friends it can be a bit awkward as the shower & toilet have a... More

Dear s2Jens2, Thank you for your kind remarks during your recent stay. The hotel design can be quite ‘modern’ and we do have some guests who either like it or not used to it. As the door is frosted, privacy is assured. We look forward to serving you again soon when you visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia next. Warm regards, More

Nice and clean hotel and I love the room configuration. The only shortfall is that the hotel don't provide hair conditioner and the hot water is not constant, you get rush of water being too hot and water too cold while showering. Shopping centres are just steps away and a convenient store. I have problem finding breakfast in the morning... More

Dear TayChris, Thank you for your recent stay with us. For your info, the shampoo provided is a combined 2 in 1 (shampoo with conditioner in 1 bottle) hence, there is no separate conditioner provided. Thank you for highlighting to us regard to the inconsistency of the hot & cold water from the shower, I have since requested our Engineering... More

Stayed two nights as we were passing through KL and thought 'why not stay for a bit?'. Location is unbeatable for a short 2 day trip; almost next door to about 4 shopping malls, lots of bars, places to eat etc. We walked to Petronas towers and KL tower using the air conditioned (what else?!) Bukit Bintang walkway. Dead easy.... More

This hotel is conveniently located right near the Bukit Bintang shopping district; the monorail station is 5 minutes walk and a 10-15 minute walk will have you at Banjaya Times Square shopping centre; so a great location for shoppers. We had a deluxe room which had a separate shower and toilet and an interesting bench set up in the middle... More

Small but clean rooms, great location with easy walking distance to malls & restaurants etc. Stayed here three nights in total. Only downside is the staff at reception during our stay had poor English & very hard to understand. Would return in the future

Good location in the middle if night life and malls. No proper restaurant, no proper bar. Room too average with a stupis sink in the middle. Travel desk has no clue of anything. Fast checkin and checkout. There are better places to stay. Stay here uf it us a 1-2days trip and strictly for business.

Dear GaganAgarwal, Thank you for your recent stay and feedback. For your info, the present Food & beverage outlet is tenanted out to a third party and their contract ends end of this year. Dear babyangel2007, Thank you for your recent & returned stays with us, first & foremost, my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay. The power disruption was due to the upgrading work which was carried out by the local power supply provider (TNB) and not a ‘power cut’ by the hotel. For your info, the F&B outlets located... More
