4 of 5 stars NEW

I have stayed at numerous 4-5 stars hotel around Bukit Bintang and this stands out although it look a bit small for a 4 star. Location is fantastic as it is within a 15 minutes radius to major shopping centres and eateries. Breakfast buffet spread is lousy, as it lack variety and quality. With so many good eats in and... Piccolo is a very good 4 stars Hotel with an excellent location in Bukit Bintang. Main activities are near from the hotel: Shoppings (a lot of shopping mall), Restaurants, Transport (Monorail, Bus stations, taxi...) My room was a deluxe room (Room 909), quiet, confortable, clean. But the view from mine was very bad! There was a buffet breakfast. It was... More

A 4 days stay @ Piccolo Hotel with nice n clean big deluxe room. Just a little advise that should not book room with breakfast. Their breakfast r catered from outside n is very very lousy n costly...not worth the price. All staffs in the hotel is also unfriendly n without a smiling face. Staffs that serve us breakfast r... This hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel, but it is not. It is quite large and centrally located, however, at present there is so much construction going on right outside it is almost impossible to cross the road! Breakfast lacks variety and choice and is far too repetitive. The room I had was spacious, very clean and contained everything... More

Hotel is conveniently located at bukit bintang. A few minutes walk to Pavillion shopping centre and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Price is cheap considering this factor but I'd rather pay a little bit extra to stay in a cleaner hotel. Room was clean at first sight, but there are LOTS of 'flying' baby cockroaches all over... Dear trywidodo, Thank you for staying with us recently, my sincere apologies for the unpleasant ‘surprise visit’ at night and have since check and request our pest control contractor to use different chemicals. FYI, pest control is being done for all rooms and public areas on monthly basis, but, thanks for highlighting to us. Thank you for your kind understanding... More

Nothing to complain, but nothing to shout about it - save for its location. Rather basic hotel with decent facilities. Toilet was a little old and carpets smelled a bit stale. Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable either. However, staff were generally friendly. If you're after somewhere for a night or two and are most focussed on location... More

Stayed here with friends. Needed two pillows each. I had only one and when asked for another they told me I had to pay for it and hung up. Not impressed when treated that way. Hotel position is very good, close to Pavillion and Star Hill, in fact close to everything. Staff were OK but very disappointed in the pillow... More

Dear HelensTravel, Thank you for staying with us recently and my sincere apology with reference to your request for extra pillow. However, all our rooms are equipped with 4 ‘big’ pillows, you may have requested for the ‘throw pillow’ which we only have one in each room. Apology on behalf of my staff reply to you. I will ensure that... More

Recommended by my sister for the appropriate size and standard of the hotel. The best part of all is the hotel location which is very convenient! For shoppers especially, all malls are at walking distance. Good recommendation for shoppers. For food hunters like me, there is no worries because the hotel is along a stretch of restaurants and cafes, which... More

Piccolo Hotel situates on a great spot next to Fahrenheit 88 and walking distance to Pavillion for retail stores & boutiques. Wifi is unlimited but has weak spots which makes browsing or searching working at intermittent. Room #1215 is spacious but could improve on it's housekeeping as the sofa had what seem like blood or wine stains. The plug socket... More
