The hotel is a little old but facilities and service are still excellent. There are public baths and laundromat for use. They also provide shuttle bus to Nagasaki JR station. The room is quite spacious and clean

THE GOOD Everyone in the hotel are really nice and always wanting to help you have a better stay, the views from the hotel both day & night are beautiful since the hotel is located in a hill 1.5 km from the Nagasaki train station. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the train station the shuttle schedule when I was staying there was 8:10-9:10-10:10 - 17:00-18:00-19:00 THE BAD The hotel is not that bad, the rooms were to outdated for my taste, the beds are nothing special so don´t expect a great night sleep, the bathroom area was ok. If you miss the bus shuttle to the hotel you will need to pay a taxi (around 1,500 yen) to take you there. The hotel is so far up the hill that there is only one way up and down by foot and that one is quite a climb, I don´t recommend you take this route unless you have no other option, you have to climb around 15 minutes or 300 stairs approx through the local cementary (the path will take you in between hundreds of graves) so if you find that creepy (speccially at night when there is pretty much no lighting on the path) you need to take the shuttle or call a taxi from the hotel.

The hotel is terribly not comfortable. I have no choice to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. The bathroom is extremely dirty and you cannot tolerate to take bath in there. The room is not clean as my friends and I got itchy marks on both arms and feets. One thing the hotel is relatively normal is that they have a big public bath. I don't know if it is the reason that they do not clean the bathroom in the hotel room. It is ridiculous. The other thing is, I reserved this hotel for 3 nights. I checked in late at the first night because we drove a long way from Saga to Nagasaki and arrive at around 11:30pm. One the next day, the front desk called at around 10:30am to inform us to change to another room. I repeatly said that I reserved the room for 3 nights and why we need to change? Finally the front staff cut the line. I did not recommend anyone to reserve this hotel when you visit Nagasaki, unless you can tolerate bug bites and bathroom with mold.

Another classic hotel with massive hotel rooms. Its with classic designs furniture from the 80s and toilets. Plus side is the awesome night view of Nagasaki right from laying on our beds! Spacious clean onsen, indoor playground for children, laundry room and a small shop sellings souvenirs and light snacks. Breakfast are good. After staying 7 hotel nights all around Kyushu, this is the most spacious room i had. Where we can literally layout flat our luggages for proper packing. Others are just a walking space for a person to walk thru. Not convenient to stay in this hotel if you dont drive a car. Need to drive around 10mins into downtown streets to walk around the attractions.

I arrived at 12 am to Nagasaki for the first time and i thought the hotel is only 1 km from the Station but turned out its a stairs way since the hotel is on top of a mountain so u need a taxi ride for about 1200 yen ,the night shift staff doesn't Speak a single english word so basically i had no idea what the hotel offer and i was just happy to know my room number, room was clean and spacious with amazing views over the harbor, breakfast had varieties but not really delicious though it was finally good to find scrambled eggs in Japan, hotel has arcade, onsen , and common room with tv , the dryer at the laundry room is terrible and expensive 100 yen for 10 minutes and the washing machine is free if you have detergent or buy from reception for 100 yen a small bag.

It takes me a lot to literally say a hotel is disgusting but this place takes the cake! Moldy bathrooms, other people’s hair in the tub - unbelievable! We were booked for two nights and had to leave after one because we were absolutely grossed out - and we even rebooked somewhere else in the middle of a typhoon because it was that disgusting! If there was less than one star available I’d be doing that. Stay far away!

On the positive side, the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a huge variety of items. The views from my hotel window were amazing! On the negative side, wi-fi only works in the lobby, not the room. There are a lot of school groups/sports teams staying here. The hotel is up a mountain so you can't walk here from the city centre. You either have to take a taxi or the hotel's shuttle bus. To get to my room on the fifth floor, I had to take a lift to the third floor, walk across the floor, and then take another lift to get to the fifth floor. The hotel can certainly use an updating as it is obviously not new.

There is a hotel on that mountain.30 minutes walk from hotel, the busy district of a town. The correspondence is kind.Interior decoration is fair. The view from the guest room is really good. The night view in particular is splendid. The temperature is kept at around twenty-five degrees centigrade and the humidity not higher than sixty percent by means of heating or air conditioning. To provide a reasonable and high quality service transparent in service content.

The jap room is big by comparison to most hotel. Its clean . The limitation is the scarcity of internet - it only work at the lobby but I tried and can't get a connection. It has a very nice view over nagasaki but if u dun drive, it's a long way to the hotel at the top of the hill. The rate is good and I find the room very comfortable. I have a very good night sleep and find the place peaceful and quiet.

The view across Nagasaki bay from the hotel was brilliant, including from the baths. The staff were very helpful. Room was large. Walkable from Nagasaki Station in about 15 minutes, up steep steps through a cemetery - not something to do with luggage. Courtesy bus from Nagasaki Station at set times. Cleanliness of room wasn't as good as I'd expect, with stains on the bedding and moldy blinds in the bathroom. Seemed to be used by school parties and sports teams - the first night we couldn't use the baths for ~1.5 hrs in the evening as a large group of children were using them. No wifi. We didn't request a harbour view, which was a mistake.
