The hotel is located on the hill and it makes every guest room has a spectacular view of Nagasaki harbour especially at night. The room is clean and very big equipped with 3 beds and a sofa area. We bought the room package at a reasonable rate with dinner buffet which included all you can eat Japanese beef and crab... More

Very large Japanese style rooms. Helpful staff. Spectacular views of the city. The only downside is that although its less than 1km from the train station, that 1km is straight uphill, and the direct path is via a maze of steep steps through temples and graveyards. The hotel does run a shuttle bus in the morning and early evenings but... More

Pros: the view of Nagasaki. We got upgraded to a huge corner room with a panoramic view of the city. The room was huge even for an American standard. My in-laws' room next to ours has a view out of the furo bath. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast was... More

I booked a triple-share room (3 adults and 2 young kids) and it was spacious enough for all of us. The hotel is quite old and just by looking at the map, I was misled into thinking that it was easy to navigate to the train station. Imagine my surprise when we found out that the hotel was located high... More

This hotel has a wonderful furo bath, one for women and one for men. What a wonderful Japanese experience. From sleeping on the traditional tatami mat with a futon to the hot furo bath to the wonderful food. Great hotel for business people and families alike. Very friendly staff. Oh and did I mention the views! Fantastic views of Nagasaki... More

My husband is a history buff , so we came to Nagasaki to see the H bomb peace memorial. It was beautiful and well done. We were surprised at how romantic a city Nagasaki is. It is reminiscent of San Francisco. They have cable cars which are easy to navigate, a gorgeous bay, beautiful gardens and parks and a romantic... More
