Modern facility with comfort. Conveniently located to explore the city's attractions. The front desk will assist you with informations on how to get there by public transportation. Street car stop a few steps away. Same for Airport shuttle bus that stops 30 m away. Single bedroom is wide enough for a couple on a budget string. Breakfast buffet provides for... More

We stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. We landed a room on the 14th floor and had a lovely view of the harbor. The rooms are small of course but it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful and professional. As others have observed, no English channels... Hotel is very small but that is the standard here. There is a kettle, 2 packets of coffee and green tea. Toiletries like disposable shower cap, toothbrush and shaver are provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body bath is in big bottles in the bath room. The bathrooom and toilet is separated and the washing basin is in the room, not in... More

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from Nagasaki station. It's not fancy, but it was more than acceptable. The room was small but both it and the bathroom were clean and tidy. While there is little right next door, we found this location to be convenient to visit any of Nagasaki's sites by streetcar or on foot.

Staff courteous but not overly helpful. Located just up the road from Nagasaki station you would think it would be perfect but the area hasn't got much nearby without jumping on a tram. Clean, tidy probably a decent hotel for businessmen. Breakfast was ok, edible but nothing special.

This hotel is located in the heart of town, 10 mins walk to the Nagasaki JR station mall and there is tram outside the hotel to bring you to other places in Nagasaki. Decent rooms and good wifi connection.

The hotel gets a 4 star for it's good value. I took one star away for the quality of the facility. Location: The hotel is centrally located in town. There is a streetcar stop out in front about 3 minutes walk, very convenient to visit all major sights. Facility: Clean rooms, comfy beds though small. Slow elevator. Serves Japanese breakfast... Enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is located in a very convenient location central to all attractions, transport, etc. The buffet breakfast was great value, the rooms clean and tidy. Great value for money

The hotels it's conveniently located across a tram station (just a few stations away from Chinatown) and walkable distance from some main attractions. There are also several parking lots around, some of them offer better deals than the hotel. Our room was nice, small but efficient. And very clean. The breakfast wasn't included, we paid $10 pp. It was ok... More

I had found the Chisun Grand on the internet for a reasonable price so booked in. It was an easy walk from the station. Google maps told me to use the pedestrian bridges (which I did) but that isn't necessary with luggage - there are street level crossings as well. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from that...
