Clean room and nice staff. Really close to Dejima, and Gunkanjima cruise ticket office. You can walk to Shianbashi area and of course the station; if coming from the airport you can get off earlier than the station and save a few minutes of walking, when you see Dejima get off the bus and you'll save 15-20 min.

We stayed here for two nights for our leg in Nagasaki. This hotel is about ten mins walk from the JR Nagasaki station. Guests often were given the wrong direction and ended up in the APA hotel northwest from the train station. Take a left when you come out of the station, and walk all the way straight for about... After a great stay at the APA Fukuoka Watanabedori, we were taken aback by this Nagasaki hotel. When I booked a hotel that is 'train station south', I expected it to be directly opposite the train station. But it's not-a bit deceptive. It's A good ten-to-fifteen-minute walk to the Nagasaki train station and similar distance to the shopping areas. It... More

Stayed here as I had work in Dejima wharf. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from Nagasaki station and 1 min from the nearest tram station. Airport limousine bus stop is also located about a minute away. The hotel is another business hotel and rooms are small which is quite standard. Western breakfast is available, but is quite basic in... More

Stayed one night during while touring through Kyushu. Overpriced (24000/night) for what it is - a tired worn down hotel with small rooms and minimal amenities. To be fair it seems to be on par with most hotels in this touristy area and the rooms are very clean and the location is convenient. It served its purpose, not much else... More

This hotel is close to the train station. About 10 minutes walk or just one or 2 stops of the city tram. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small as most hotel rooms in this category! WiFi worked well in my room, but may not be the case everywhere in the building. Look for a room towards the harbor... More

Had a very good view of the harbor and the Obon parade. Clean and comfortable rooms with adequate space with refrigerator and spot to heat water. Very convenient to most areas in Nagasaki (we walked everywhere). They did provide more than one pillow which is a plus and the bedding was clean and well pressed. Would have liked a softer... More

My wife and I chose the hotel due to its excellent location. You can walk to Nagasaki station within few minutes and it is pretty easy to find. The hotel itself is located in (or next to) the harbor. If you have one of the rooms facing west, you have fantastic view on the harbor and the surrounding mountains. Walking... More

This is the third apa hotel we have stayed at for our Japan trip. This is the oldest one as well. Hence we were able to compare the difference with the other two newer apa hotel buildings. However, I'm very impressed with this hotel brand as all three apa hotels we have stayed in are found in very convenient locations,... More

APA Hotel is targeted tourists for business to be simple and functional designed room prepared. This hotel also very reasonable and comfortable for business use. Though the room is not large, the feather quilt and pillow bring us comfortable sleep and equipped electric pot is always available to make coffee and tea in the room. Wifi access is also always...
