The hotel has located in the very center of Osaka city. Just 5 minutes walk from NAMBA subway station and Shinsaibashi station. Shopping street is just right at the back of the hotel!!! The hotel decoration is modern and comfy. I had stayed in a non-smoking double room. It was spacious compare to normal Japanese hotel, in room hallway is... More

This hotel focus its amenities in the shower!!! it was really one the best experience even better than park hyatt or shangri-La Location is also a PLUS. Internet speed is heaven as expected in Japan. However, the room is so tiny that you dont have a working area so business man beware. their TV system is the most confusing i... More

This is my second time staying at Cross Hotel Osaka. What made me come back? Well, location, location, location. But honestly, the hotel is more than that. Located near the centre of Namba, for which I roughly mean the intersection of Dotonbori (eating) and Shinsaibashi (shopping), and just around the corner of Ebisubashi. In terms of location, you simply can’t... More

I do appreciate Cross Hotel for it's hospitality when I celebrated my son's birthday in Osaka. Cross Hotel brought us unforgettable memory with excellent service and friendly environment. The most important thing is the surprise that nice and kind staff remembers my demand which I did not request after I arrive there. My family and I will go to Osaka... More

I stayed at the Cross Hotel in Osaka at the height of summer and it was a great place to be based, just off Dōtonbori. It is also a short walk from the Shinkansen station. The rooms were super comfortable (it was a delight to have proper feather pillows after a few nights on buckwheat ones), well equipped and the... More

Our group of nine stayed at the Cross Hotel for 3 nights. It is close to everything-the train station, street shopping and dining. High end stores are just down the street as well as big department stores. Nearby restaurants were very good-we had Korean bar-b-que one night just a block from the hotel. The room was nice and modern-not big,... More

Shinsaibashi indoor mall is just behind. Dotonbori bridge is 3 mins walk away or less. Subway is a 5 minute walk or less away. The subway station is also connected to the JR station that gives you access to KIX airport. I have no issues with this hotel, everything is fine. Room is not that big but not too crammed... More

I make a booking through hotels.com and policy stated that my credit card information will be used for hotel confirmation and the booking is fully refundable. My nightmare started after the booking. The credit card charges went through immediately. Worst, I cancelled my booking and I did not received a full refund. It was short by USD30. This is ridiculous... More

I read great comments about the design of this hotel while I was little disappointed by the decoration. No specific character. Rooms are tiny for the price. Plug adaptor is billed 1.200JPY - such hotel category is usually lending these devices. Having said so, hotel location is perfect - city centre, close to the station going to the airport.

Generally the hotel is modern, clean, spacious enough. Rooms are just the right size. Perfectly located within the shopping district of Osaka. Dotonbori area is just a few steps away. Short walk to restaurants, shops and malls, train stations.
