This hotel is in the heart of the bright lights of Osaka. It was located 3 minutes walk from exit 14 of Namba station, which also provides access to the Hansin Namba line which can be used to travel to Nishikujo Station & then on Universal Studios Japan. The hotel had a modern boutique feel about & the hotel allowed... More

This hotel rests somewhere between "modern-chic business" and "luxury boutique". It's a little utilitarian for the purposes of a getaway, but that is easily forgiven based on (a) the relatively dumpy neighborhood competition it's up against and (b) the fantastic location. On the location, if you're planning on shopping, eating, and drinking during your trip, south Osaka has a lot... More

We emerged from the subway at Namba station seeking orientation by looking at our map. A kind young lady stopped and asked us if we needed help? On telling her which hotel we were looking for she turned and pointed to a white X on a red background a few hundred metres down the road. Easy as that. She also... More

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't fault the service and location. Its got to be one of the best hotels in Osaka. The reception staff were very pleasant and switched on. The room had a fantastic view and was very modern and clean. It had one of the best breakfast choices and quality of food we had in... More

Check-in was not as quick as usual in Japan, however once we received our roomcard we headed up with a very nice glass elevator to the 11th floor. The room was good-sized, had a very nice bed, coffee machine, a good wifi connection, and was perfectly clean. Location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of one of the downtown... More

this hotel is a hidden gem. it's in the middle of Dotonbori, the Time Square of Osaka. Yet it's a world away from all the endless neon lights and crowds outside, straight out of a movie. It is simply an oasis. The hotel design is chic, rooms/beds are surprisingly comfy and well insulated from the 24/7 actions outside the windows.... More

We visited this hotel on a stopover from visiting family in the UK and it was five star in every way. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and just a short walk from the main rail station. The room was lovely,a good size, and the bathroom was luxurious with lovely toiletries. The staff were also very... More

This is a great hotel to use as a base to explore Osaka. Dontonbori is literally right next to where it is located. Easy access to subway and about 10 minutes walk to JR Namba station. The room we stayed in was fresh, modern and inviting. Even though it's so close to the nightlife area it was surprising quiet and... More

Hotel has a very good location - around the block from Dotonbori and a few blocks away from Amerikamura. Hotel is in the center of everything - shops, bars, clubs, and good restaurants. We spent 3 nights in this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to those traveling to Osaka.

We stayed here one night on a recent three week trip of Japan. This is a very comfortable hotel only a few hundred metres from Namba underground station which is about 20 minutes from the Shinkansen at Shin Osaka. This is a fabulous location on the fringe of Osaka's shopping arcades, markets and fantastic street food scene around the river.... More
