I read great comments about the design of this hotel while I was little disappointed by the decoration. No specific character. Rooms are tiny for the price. Plug adaptor is billed 1.200JPY - such hotel category is usually lending these devices. Having said so, hotel location is perfect - city centre, close to the station going to the airport.

Generally the hotel is modern, clean, spacious enough. Rooms are just the right size. Perfectly located within the shopping district of Osaka. Dotonbori area is just a few steps away. Short walk to restaurants, shops and malls, train stations.

this hotel located downtown Osaka, not luxury fancy hotel, but good enough for me. normailly japanese hotel near this price is quite small but this hotel's room has qutie enough space. view also good, airconditioner is little bit strong and BF is simple but no complaints. if you have any paln to visit Osaka, this hotel is just perfect choice.

Modern and hi-tech hotel, with clean and nice, even if not too wide, rooms, with Japanese style bathroom. Restaurant, café, SPA and wedding boutique in the same building. Perfect position, just 2 minute walk from the metro station, in Dotonobori. A litte expensive, but you can find good offer on the web.

The Cross Hotel is located next to the Namba metro and train station, really good if you want to visit Koyasan, and in the center of Osaka (Dotombori). The hotel offers many services (restaurant, shops and a wedding boutique too), the rooms are not so wide, but very comfortable, with a nice japanese style bathroom. It's not cheap but if... More

We got out of the train station and were able to walk to this hotel. We told the office we had one night in Osaka and wanted to eat and shop before we flew back home. She said we were staying in the perfect location for that. It is true it is a great location and we didn't waste any... More

Highly recommended! The hotel is located right in the heart of Namba, close to restaurants, shops, transport and nightlife. The room was modern, well-appointed and large compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Would stay again.

Incredible location just next to Dotombori, Amerika Mura (for alternative shopping) and namba station. The rooms are clean, modern, and much larger than in most hôtels in that catégory . The perfect place to enjoy osaka. Highly recommanded !

Stayed here for one night and have nothing bad to say about it. The staff and service was top notch, with smiles and english readily available. The rooms feel like it's starting to show its age but it's kept very nice & clean and the beds were really comfortable. It does feel a bit tight but that is something to... More
