We stayed 2 nights, Jan 2 & 3, 2015. My wife booked it for Yen 30,000 per night because the hotel said it was high season. We booked a room for 2 persons (my wife and I). They gave us a very small room with 1 small bed for 2 persons. The small room was certainly not worth the price... More

Central location close to everything, really have nothing to fault this hotel on. It is on the main street of the city (6 lanes one way) so there is the usual street noise but we got used to it fairly quickly. Fantastic bathroom setup and the bed was a good size. So close to shopping too nothing is really more... More

This hotel might look small given that the lobby and restaurant as well as its vintage elevators are actually small compared to other hotels but this cute accommodation right at the heart of Shinsaibashi is just wonderful! Check in was a breeze and front desk staff was more than helpful to entertain all our questions about directions, places, etc.:) the... More

I have stayed in this hotel with friends for 4 nights. The location is excellent, 5 mins walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, 10 mins walk to Namba Station (where you can talk the express train to KIX) Staff are friendly and helpful and the staff who helped checking in is fluent in English. Definitely will stay here if I visit... More

Hotel is about 5mins walk to Namba station. It's a shopping n food district. For sports enthusiast, a 9th shopping mall across the hotel. The rooms are big, beds are super single n v comfortable. Good quality body soap, shampoo n conditioner. I stayed in room 1328, a super deluxe double room which faces the main room. Very noisy throughout... More

This is a well located hotel with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good Our double room was so tiny we couldn't both move around at the same time. The soundproofing wasn't good so we had a lot of noise from the street outside. We only stayed for one night and... More

We stayed in this hotel for three days. The rooms are not so spacious (which is common in Japan) but it is modern and very tidy. Bathroom is small but it contains everything you need. By the way, the hotel's shampoo and body wash are of good quality and are available in the front desk if in case you want... More

This hotel was highly recommended by Lonely Planet and I have to agree that it is a great choice if you want to stay right in the heart of all the Dotonbori action. My room was extremely large by Japanese standards and had it's own shower and bath tub. It was a bit expensive at 60K yen for three days... More

We had a lovely stay at Cross Hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Less than 5 minutes from Shinsaibashi shopping area, where food joints are plentiful and you can find some pretty good food at reasonable prices. For shopping addicts, you can shop till you drop here! We will... More
