Fantastic location just across from the station, plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were small but well equipped and fine for what we needed. We had a two adjacent rooms, and the twin room for our children was quite a good size, although their bathroom was a bit dated. Breakfast was good value for money and had plenty... More

This was the last hotel on our tour of Japan. The point of this hotel is that is was opposite the Shin Osaka rail station. One stop from central Osaka. Room was spacious enough for twoeople and two sets of luggage. Breakfast was average. Combination of traditional Japanese and western. Beds comfortable but no landmarks around this hotel. All resteraunts... More

We had a family trip to Japan and stayed in this hotel for two nights. We had 2 twin rooms, each one could host 3 people. The room is just like other Japanese style, small, but warm. There was no free wifi available in the guest room, but the wifi can be available at lobby. The reception is very nice... More

By far the worst hotel I've ever strayed at! It can be hard to locate! The beds were harder than concrete along with terrible pillows. Room was false advertising, horrible pink crusty room with fluorescent lights. One very slow elevator. Only good thing was their free internet. Would not recommend this hotel!

We wanted to travel from Tokyo to Hiroshima. However, with our Japan Rail Pass, we have to transfer at Shin Osaka. We decided to stay a night at Osaka and we chose Hotel Shin Osaka because of its proximity to Shin Osaka Station. We were surprised how close the hotel was to the station. The moment we stepped out from... More

Even if the hotel was located right outside Shin-Osaka railway station, it didn't offer us a good stay. It was peaceful, but that was it. We had a very small room with a dirty blanket (spots of all colors and types), dirty carpeted floor and mold on the shower curtain! Cleanliness and kindness were not a characteristic of this hotel.... More

My first time to Osaka. We booked the hotel through Booking.com. Reservation is ok, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. I forgot my camera in the rest room of the hotel for having lunch outside due to wait for check-in, staff found my camera and gave it back to me with politeness. Hotel is nearby the... More

I barely rate a hotel excellent but this hotel is really good. Booked this hotel via booking.com because of its reviews. And it lived up to my expectations. To get to the hotel from Kansai Airport, take the Haruka Train (much easier to get the multiple-day passes available at the airport- got mine for 5K yen for 3 day unli... More

I am writing the review right now at the hotel. So glad I have chosen to stay in this hotel. From Shin-Osaka Station go to East Exit (東口), there is a elevator/lift at the East Exit at the right corner, so with luggage is not a problem, sometimes when there are more people, you may have to wait for the... Right across the road from the East Entrance/Exit to Shin Osaka station, location is what this hotel is all about. Very convenient as Shin Osaka station is on both the Shinkansen (bullet train) and the Osaka Loop lines, so getting around Osaka or going further afield is easy. The rooms themselves are a decent size. The fittings and carpet could... More
