Great hotel, very clean! Rooms are typical for Japan - but that s all you need when you are here. Comfy bed. Breakfast buffet has quite a selection! You won't leave hungry:) Kinda a walk to the nearest subway station but it wasn't a problem. Castle is right next door and major transit stations are in short reach by metro.

The La Soeur Monterey at Osaka provides a slight upgrade from the average quality offered by the Monterey Group. Both rooms and bathrooms are bigger than usual, the restaurant offer is more diverse and of a higger standard and includes extra amenities such as spa. Conveniently located just next to the Kyobashi stop of the Osaka Loop Line it's well... More

The best thing about this Hotel was its location. It is directly across the road from Kyobashi Station which is on the Osaka Loop Line, 3 stops from Osaka Station. There are covered walkways taking you over the road to the hotel entrance. There is a great restaurant within sight, plus a MacDonalds, and a small shopping plaza on the... More

The room was very small even for Japanese standards and the beds not really comfortable, you could also hear everything from the hall. If you are going to be around downtown choose another hotel cause it's far from the city. The good point was the view it was nice and in general the service was fine.

We have a good time in the hotel. It is good for us that the room could add an extra bed. Our room is very clean and has big space and good view. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. It is a good hotel.

Thanks for 2days in Osaka. The room was so small than the photo. But Bedding was so nice and comfortable. and Spa was so nice. But female hotel maid clean up spa before 10:30(End time). It was a little shock about female end the spa and feel the pressure about hurry-up. Nevertheless and to conclude the hotel was excellent and... More

Room was small, and double bed was against a wall, so someone has to sleep against the wall. Room was big enough that it could have been arranged differently. Hotel is close to a rail station (three stops from OSaka station, but on JR line so rail pass worked) restaurants, a market, and starbucks. Unlike other places we have stayed... More

This was probably the best of the three hotels I stayed at in Japan, its location was good (very close to rail transportation) and the room was about 50% bigger than the other hotel rooms I'd stayed in. I arrived at Osaka Kansai Airport and bought a 4-day Kansai Wide Area Pass for the JR (Japanese Railway) – 7200Yen and... More

Our stay was generally fine. The rooms were not small and very clean. Although the hotel was very close to the train station and subway, it was far away to the city centre than we thought. You have to change the train at subway to get to the centre. We have stayed 4 nights but could not use spa. They... More
