The hotel is nicely decorated and located close to the kyobashi station, from which connection to other part of the city and other towns can be done easily. The room is comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection and is tasty. However, what is disappointing is the check-in process that took nearly half an hour. Can the hotel improve... More

Stayed 2 days. Real 4****. Almost nothing to complain about. Location — in a business hood with perfect connection to the city; hotel has own foot path to the JR station; 5 min away from subway; located near the Castle Park (highlight); foot access to 2 shopping centre with Starbucks, MCD etc. if you care. Getting there — we arrived... More

Room was standard Japanese (tiny) but comfortable and nicely oriented so we never felt cramped in such small space. Bathroom was immaculate and modern, spotless with jumbo-sized toiletries by Pola (renowned Japanese premium cosmetics company). They were very busy, we came back twice for our room and was told to wait until exactly 2pm before we can check in (we... More

Everything is good. The hotel is located near to the JR station, sub-way, Keihan Main Line, Just a walking distance to the Osaka Castle. The price is fair inclusive of breakfast and hot spring. The hotel room has wide view because they are started from 17/F to 22/F (top floor). The room is spacious even it is just the economy... More

The check-in staff spoke excellent English and were friendly. However my room was an "economy" room which was maybe a bad choice. The floor was plastic and the room small. There was no water to drink in the room so I tried the tapwater. There was a compact bathtub and the room was clean. Breakfast was rather spartan. The president... More

Location wise, it is situated close to the Osaka castle, and sheltered walking distance to Kiyobashi station via the sky bridge walkway. The hotel is pretty no frills, small room but clean and moderately comfortable. My only peeve is that we would need to pay for the public bath usage. (???) I went to Spa World Osaka instead. This hotel... More

We stayed 4 nights here in a standard twin room. It was conveniently located near to JR Loop line and Osaka Castle. The room was above average for Japan and the bedding was very good. The hotel theme is New York Art Deco and it is carried out quite well. You can tell from the massive public space that this... More

front desk staff had good English and was helpful. buffet breakfast was nice, but platters could be refilled better when there are large numbers of guests. Train connections to Nara and Kyoto were good. Very interesting area around the train stations.

We picked this hotel because we have a dinner appointment about 2KM away. The receptionist was trying to rush us off, when we asked for direction to our appointment she just "kind of" pointed where it was. We ended up taking a taxi which was ok for us. Location was great for what we had to do. The room was... More

Fine hotel, I have stayed there several times. Pleasant room, friendly personel, fine location near trains and subway. Just one thing: there is not one TV program in English, it is all Japanese, which I don't understand. Could at least CNN be one of the programs? Then it is possible to keep up with the world news. I stayed a... More
