This is a great place to stay in Osaka. Great views of the city, large rooms, plush and comfortable beds. The floors in the rooms are hard wood and that might put some people off (not that cozy), but it didn't bother me. I spent two nights at the hotel on business, and was very impressed. Clean, large rooms, excellent view on Osaka, close to Kyobashi railway station. Breakfast (Japanese+English) was very tasty. Reception staff speak above-average English, and are quite helpful. Downsides: lack of a gym (this is quite common in Japan) and lack of room service. I'd go there again more
