I was surprised and very pleased with how spacious the room was. It was over twice as large as what I was accustomed to for this room rate. The room I booked had a double bed and a tatami room/area with table capable of seating 4+ people. The room also had a very large closet and plenty of drawers available.... More

A very good and reliable hotel with all the basic facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Osaka. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and frying pans can be borrowed from the reception. There is also a washing machine and the bathroom can be turned into a dryer which I think is very smart. The Japanese... More

Kitchen:- Microwave and Hot Plate : When we asked for utensils, we were given a Frying pan, a saucepan, a sharp knife and 4 plates. Managed to have fried eggs for breaky, but a toaster would have been useful. There was also no knifes and forks, which really eliminates the use of the kitchen. (we brought our own plastic ones... One minute's walk from Higobashi underground station, this business hotel-like lodging provides very basic service. In less than 10 miuntes' stroll you'll reach Umeda and Kitashinchi, one of the top three entertainment/shopping/eating areas in Osaka. Tatami rooms claim to have "kitchen' with hotplate and microwave oven but no utensils at all. Therefore it is not feasible to actually cook. There... More

Very good hotel for long stay, as it provide kitchen & washing machine. you can dry your cloth in the bath room which got the heater to dry your cloth. the separate kitchen allows people do some cleaning such as wash cup or hand without waiting for washroom which always occupied. even though the room is really small, but the... Location is great, price is good, but sadly we can’t recommend this hotel. This mini-suites are a great idea, but – at least in this location – it doesn’t quite work. They are tiny for 4 people! The elevated expressway is so close, making the rooms terribly noisy 24 hours a day if you open the windows. The rooms are... More

The hotel is in the business area of osaka. It is just a few steps to the Higobashi subway. We had booked a family room. In the hotel booking confirmation it was described as one bed room with extra bed for 3rd person. Upon arrival we found that the room was equipped with a bed a little larger than a... More

My apologies in advance for this not so enthusiastic review. I have stayed at several properties in and around Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto and this one is.. Ho hum. It has the basics of a Japanese business hotel but it leaves so much to be desired and seems so out of sync with affordable accommodation. It does come with washing... More

Standard Japanese business hotel, the great addition is that it has a washer! First time seeing a washer inside the room. Very useful! Only downside is that its a bit walk(15 mins) from the Osaka station.

Chose this hotel due various positive reviews from the Tripadvisor. Stayed here for 3 nights with Osaka temperature hovering around 3 degrees celsius. True enough this hotel really lives up to our expectations. Pros 1.Just 5 steps away from the Higobashi exit 5A on Yotsubashi line. If you have heavy luggages, just use exit 10A just across the road from... More
