I do not recommend this place. The room has an overpowering smell of smoke, and the bathroom stinks of urine. Just scuzzy in a variety of ways. This is my 4th hotel on a trip around Japan. Most are so meticulously clean, but not this place. Yuk. more

Considering how expensive Japanese hotels can be, the Flexstay was reasonable and in a superb location. It was unique, however, in that there was no maid service until you check out of the room.
