We booked in this Hotel primarily because it's just 15 minutes away by Subway from Kayuikan (Osaka Aquarium) and Universal City. When we got to the hotel, Staff weren't so friendly. But ofcourse, we let it go because we didn't want one or two unpleasant staff to ruin our vacation. Then we got to our room. It was hot. We... More

Good hotel that is located next to Bentencho station. Train ticket from airport is around 1250 while taxi will be around 15000 (at least 45 minutes drive). There is fantastic Japanese restaurant on 20th floor where you can try best out of local cuisine. Also if you missed european brakfast that is served till 9:00, you can try here japanese... More

My family stayed in Osaka Bay Tower from April 7 to 10,2015. We got two 5th floor rooms which can accomodate 3 persons each. The price is reasonable for 25 year old building occasionally updated. It is very good for traveller's. Remember this is not a luxury hotel so don't be complaining the absence of butlers or chandeliers every floor.... More

A little out of the centre but easy to reach using the Osaka loop line service. 4 stops anticlockwise at Bentencho station. Leave the station and cross under the hanshin highway. The very tall building when you exit the underpass is the hotel. The entrance is obvious, sopt the taxis, and the entrance is rather impressive. I had booked late... More

We booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Osaka last October 2014. The hotel we liked was fully booked so we decided to stay at Osaka Bay Tower since it was reasonably priced (other preferred hotels were either booked or too expensive). The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is connected to the train station.... More

This hotel is a reasonable but it is outdated. Location is OK as it is connected with the Bentencho Station of the Osaka loop line and a subway. It is only 3-4 stops to most of Osaka's downtowns. Rooms are small and especially bathroom is very small. The only complain is that this hotel does not have any bus transpiration... More

Pros: Hotel staff's helpful and friendly, and they have good enough English skills to communicate with people who can't speak Japanese. We visited two of the hotels restaurants: the italian one and then the breakfast buffet on the 51st floor. The italian one is not awesome but ok, you'll get your stomach full quickly. Breakfast buffet was a nice selection... More

The hotel is on the higher end of the scale, rooms like most in Japan are small but very clean and the beds arn't rock hard (not soft but manageable). Every room offers an amazing view and the sky lounge is a must at night. We did new year in the lounge, the only people who didn't speak japanese I... More

We booked this hotel through Hotwire so we didn't actually select the hotel to stay. Location of the hotel is good, it is connected to the Osaka loop line and is close to Osaka central and Namba which is another good shopping area. The hotel itself is based in a small complex and there are a few small cafes and... More
