We booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Osaka last October 2014. The hotel we liked was fully booked so we decided to stay at Osaka Bay Tower since it was reasonably priced (other preferred hotels were either booked or too expensive). The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is connected to the train station.... More

This hotel is a reasonable but it is outdated. Location is OK as it is connected with the Bentencho Station of the Osaka loop line and a subway. It is only 3-4 stops to most of Osaka's downtowns. Rooms are small and especially bathroom is very small. The only complain is that this hotel does not have any bus transpiration... More

Pros: Hotel staff's helpful and friendly, and they have good enough English skills to communicate with people who can't speak Japanese. We visited two of the hotels restaurants: the italian one and then the breakfast buffet on the 51st floor. The italian one is not awesome but ok, you'll get your stomach full quickly. Breakfast buffet was a nice selection... More

The hotel is on the higher end of the scale, rooms like most in Japan are small but very clean and the beds arn't rock hard (not soft but manageable). Every room offers an amazing view and the sky lounge is a must at night. We did new year in the lounge, the only people who didn't speak japanese I... More

We booked this hotel through Hotwire so we didn't actually select the hotel to stay. Location of the hotel is good, it is connected to the Osaka loop line and is close to Osaka central and Namba which is another good shopping area. The hotel itself is based in a small complex and there are a few small cafes and... More

Reason we booked this hotel was easy access to USJ & from KIX Was put on the 34th level facing the bay view which was marvelous, choice of 3 location for breakfast, had one on each of the 3 days we stayed, plenty of shops on the 2nd level, direct link from hotel to JR Bentencho station via overhead pass... Arrived at hotel, had asked for non-smoking room and like another reviewer was given a smoking room. Straight back to reception and I will give them credit, they did fall over themselves to make sure we ended up with a non smoking room. The only thing was that the duty manager (I think that was who eventually dealt with us)... More

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in September. It seems like it was relatively close to the city centre but having arrived in Osaka at 11:30 at night, there were hardly any trains running. We had to catch a train to Tennoji and then a cab. Luckily the cab from Tennoji was only about $14. The hotel... More

This hotel gives you a great view of Osaka's Bay Area. Very accessible as it is connected to the Bentencho Station, which is just a few stations away from Universal Studios. Visited Osaka for Summer Sonic and the hotel is a few minutes taxi ride from the venue.
