Stayed one night with family and enjoyed the convenient location to Shinsaibashi shopping arcade. Tokyu Hands store also about one block away which was great as well. Basic rooms don't expect any view outside room windows but was clean and adequate. Was given non smoking room as confirmed which we appreciated. If your room plan does not include breakfast, it... It located between shinsaibashi station and Nagahoribashi Station, 5 mins walk for both station, with two convenient stores next to the hotels. Everything in the hotel was good except the washroom is too small for a man. Also the staff there know English a bit which is sort of important for travellers in Japan. Wifi signal was steady.

On our tour of Japan, we started here, in the great little roomed hotel. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and comfy, if not very high. The staff tried hard and their English was very good, as my Japanese is poor at best. I liked the location, it loos dead during the day, far from it at night, its... More

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights (3 on our own and 1 night as part of our tour). Very clean but tiny room and bathroom (to be expected in Japan). Staff very friendly. Easy walking distance to many shops, subway and Dotonbori area. 7-11 just across the street. Had breakfast on the first morning but was nothing to... More

When looking for room in Osaka, there is nothing available. Two days just before our trip, we tried again to find an accommodation and surprisingly we found this hotel. The price for one night was very small, given the occupancy of hotels in Osaka. When we arrived at the hotel did not believe our eyes. Externally, it was a very... More

Stayed there for 6 nights in November 2014 Plus points: 1. Location was central - almost right smack in the Shinsaibashi shopping street and subway stations a short walk away which means easy access to every where. Plenty of restaurants too. 2. Clean room and comfy beds. We asked for and got a non-smoking room, so no complaints of cigarette... More

We arrived the hotel in the morning and the room is not available yet so we left the luggage in the receiption. When we came back in the evening, we were told that the luggage was in the room already. Good service. The room we stay is a semi double room which is pretty small with no wifi. If you... More

This hotel was in a good location in Osaka if you want to be near the Shinsaibashi shopping area and subway station. The hotel is on a quiet street which was good for pedestrian traffic. Around corner from Tokyo Hands store on main street. The front desk personnel didn't speak fluent English but could understand and communicate well enough to... More
