Stayed here for one night before attending my brother's wedding at Ritz carlton. Handy spot within walking distance to all train lines underground. It was pouring with rain when we arrived (by Hanshin train) but we were able to walk most of the way 10mins or so underground -with ample shops and restaurants. We got a little wet when we... More

At the time of writing this, my wife and I are finishing up our 2 week honeymoon in Japan with a short stint in Osaka. After staying in similar small hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, we were surprised to see what awaited us at Hotel Vista Premio Dojima, especially given the number of quality hotels around the area. Summary: if... More

Stayed 4 nights with family. The non smoking rooms were not available so we had rooms on the smoking floor. The smell of tobacco in my room was strong enough. The size of the room is small with good toiletries ammenities. The hotel location is within walking distance to Osaka station, convenience store are nearby (one is even in the... More

If you haven't been to Japan, know this: Japanese hotel rooms are small, beds are hard (by my standards anyway) and bathrooms are tiny. Let's just make that clear. That being said, this was one of the best city hotels I've stayed in. We felt it was relatively spacious, the bed was a decent size and the matress was quite... More

This hotel is very comfortable, with big bed and desk area. We have been on the toad for a few days doing the Kumano Kodo walk in Wakayama, mostly staying in Japanese rooms, so it was a good change to stay in a Western room again. Good airconditioning and bathroom facilities. Great wifi - which is not the case in... More

Our initial hotel that was booked was cancelled by Agoda. This hotel is like our last minute booking thru Booking.com and the room available only was "smoking room". Location of the hotel is just 7-10 minutes walk underground station from Osaka station. Very easy to find just exit in Dojima Exit. We were very pleased after we arrived in the... More

I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Vista Premio Dojima and had no complaints. The hotel was easy to get to from Itami Airport via metro to the Umeda Station, and the area itself was full of interesting shops and restaurants. I arrived, jet lagged from Canada, at 9:30pm local time and asked the front desk where I could find... More

This hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the main Osaka station - basically straight down the main road so hard to get lost once you know which alley to turn down. Te booked a smoking room by accident but had no trouble. There is a nice food area close by as well as malls and the ferris wheel.... More

This was the second hotel I stayed in on my honeymoon and it was very nice. The room was a nice size but crammed full of items, but I find that to be throughout Japan. The staff was very nice. The area is right by Osaka station which was perfect for getting around town.

Hotel location is good, close to Umeda/Osaka station. Convenience store in building and another one across the street. Inexpensive gyu don and ramen restaurants within steps. Inside the room, enhanced unit bath so the floor is level with the rest of room, and separate faucets for bathtub and sink. Washlet is the basic type with no remote. Stayed in a... More
