It is about 5 mins from Dotonbori and 10 mins from Namba station. We complained of the hot room and were told that it is central aircon and weather dependent. What lousy excuse is that! The rooms were very tiny, like the ones you see in the photos. All basic necessities were available like toothbrush and paste, razor, comb, shampoo,... More

Quite a walk from JR Namba but great location near all restaurants and shopping! Room is spacious and clean. Theres also robe provided for guests. Polite front counter, vending machines outside the hotel. Will stay there again if visiting Osaka.

Business class hotel situated at Shinsaibashi side of the river. Across river is Dotombori. Hence have best of both side just next to each other in terms of shopping and food. Had some difficulty finding the hotel initially. There are 2 ways of approaching the hotel. If arriving at Shinsaibashi Station, find the exit via Diamaru Departmental Shopping Centre. Look... More

Located in central Osaka, near Nanba station, you could find any kind of restaurants, convenient store, and Donki Hote opening 24-7 near the hotel for around 5 minutes on foot.

Great value for your yen! The hotel has a fantastic location, although located in a red-light district. 5 minutes from Nippombashi station and 5 minutes away from Dotomburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street. Also a 10 minute walk to Namba station. There's a 7-11 just downstairs, which is very useful. No wifi in rooms, only in lobbies. You can rent a... More

Visited Osaka in May 2012, stayed at Metro 21 Osaka for 2-3 nights. Central location, reasonable price for solo traveler. Situated at the center of the bustling Minami area of Osaka. The breakfast buffet is worth the price, Good selection of western and Japanese food,

Good price, very well located, room was clean and comfortable (except for the smell of the carpet, they need to do something about the smell, which means clean it, room and hallways) staff is nice and they offer breakfast (1000 yen per person), if you want to party this is the option, also it is 10 min walk from Namba... I had been to Japan many times and stayed in many hotels around Japan, this time was the worst. Not because the hotel itself but the staff and the service. The hotel is well located in the nightlife area, the rooms are pretty small but not a big deal. we booked three rooms, my mom and brother arrived one day... More

Honestly, we choosed this place only because the others were too expensive. It is very well located, in the middle of osaka nightlife: the area is not suitable for puritans and people who cannot sleep with noise around. Double rooms are actually single european rooms (bed are one and an half), but it is clearly descripted before booking. No issues... More

I booked a twin room 3 weeks in advance on booking.com after my three usual favourite Namba hotels were booked out at such short notice. I really didn't have high expectations after reading the other reviews and the fact it only cost me ¥47000 for a twin room for 4 nights (comparable to what I usually pay in my favourites... More
