A modern hotel located a 5 to 10 minute walk north of the Nipponbashi train station, or south of Nagahoribashi station. Very convenient to maze of streets crowded with pedestrians, closed to cars. Lots to see and sample. We stayed there after a half day at Spa World, which is worth a visit too. Just a few stops by train... More

I was here on recommendation from a tour agency and regretted it. There are a lot of superior hotels in the downtown area. This one should be avoided if possible. The room is old and smells some. The bed covers are old and the interior is tiny. The bathroom is especially cramped. The room is rather dark with an old... More

I stayed in Metro The 21 for 2 nights with a friend. We had a double room. The location is amazing for Osaka. Namba is the liveliest place in Osaka with lots of shops, restaurants, bars on so on. Metro The 21 is by the Dotombori river. The hotel and the room was pretty basic budget-hotel type, but if that... More

agree with the amazing location just metres from the hub of downtown strolling - the world's ?longest covered shopping arcade, the 2km Shinsaibashi-suji, and the similar Dohtenbori and canal. Shops seem to open from around 10am to around 930pm - maybe different on weekends, and you'll find typically 10,000 strollers around 530pm, thinning to only a few thousand around closing... More

The main attraction of this hotel is its amazing location which is in the heart of the action. The train station a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room itself was small but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. More

We arrived in OSAKA at Kansai and made our way to NAMBA STATION; it's not the closest but it is the easiest. We got in a cab that was one of 8763723475 others we could have hailed. It took longer than desired but it was very close. When you don't have your bags it's an eight minute walk, and there... More

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Osaka. We did have a little trouble finding the hotel originally (probably as we were overwhelmed - after arriving in Japan from a flight from australia and didn't arrive in Osaka until 11:30pm and we didn't have an english map of osaka) regardless we a lovely japanese couple walked us to the...
