It was very strange that they made us pay upfront for the room. When we got in the room, there was no space whatsoever for the luggage, having to move the TV and use the stand to open the suitcase. The doors were also paper thin and corridor was noisy.

When checking in I spoke with the representative named Yanashita after entering a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I checked in on a Saturday and they refused to allow me to speak with a manager. He said they would put me in a non smoking room for 4800 yen and assumed I was a smoker since I did not... More

Cannot believe this hotel receive a 4 stars from trip adviser! Some bad experience that I encountered this few days. 1. I had reserved a non-smoking room when I made the reservation. However I found that I was offered a super stinking room when I opened the door of the room. When I called the reception and asked for changing... More

This hotel is not near either shopping center or restaurants in Osaka. However, it is easily connected to subway Midosuji Line, which is comfortable to go to other areas. Rooms is quite small and clean, nothing special. Service is good. There is a 7-11 just on ground floor of the hotel. Though it is not in the center of anything... More

We stayed there last month for about a week. It made a whole different story, considering that it was our first time in Osaka, this amazing place has everything you need at hand. 7 eleven, supermarket, train station even a Post office. Rooms are quite small but comfortable, a extremely friendly staff (they speak English too - it helps a... More

I've stayed at this hotel a few times a year for about 20 years or so. Deluxe Double Room is worth for recommendation. As other reviewer say, It's not New but renovated, rooms are not Spacious but very clean, breakfast buffet has not so Specific but plenty of variety. Though, it has something to make me come back here, but... More

I have only given this hotel 3 stars as there was nothing really to complain about but nothing really to brag about either. Location wise, it's a short walk from the Yodoyabashi line (exit 18 we found to be the clost of the multiple exits if you want to walk underground) which is only 2 stops from the main Osaka... More

Stay here in November 2015. The hotel is near Midosuji Subway, so it is easy to connect everywhere in Osaka easily. My room is double room, very small as it is in Japan but clean. Service is good. There is guest lounge on ground floor where coffee, tea, ice are free for guest. Overall is good in its range.

I was in Osaka for business and therefore I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The room was very small, but this is kind of normal in Asia. For people from overseas it can be too small. The hotel is located in a business area and therefore there is not much to do. Finding a good restaurant is dificult,... More

The location is just a couple station away from the major tourist/shopping sites. I like the location because it's quiet, and you can find some local small restaurants around the area. Taking express train from Yodoyabashi to Kyoto is much easier than going thru the transit at the busy stations. Dragging your luggages at those busy stations (Umeda or Namba)... More
