I stay there for vacation with family.but was very disappointed when i checked in. the room smells. the carpet is full of stains. only 1 pillow per bed. tiny room that should not place 3 beds in it. the front desk is not friendly and feel discriminate against foreigners. the only positive part is the 1 older guest service and... Hotel location is ok but a bit far from town. Rooms are small in a japanese kind of way, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Customer service is why I am rating this hotel 4 stars. Special mention to Mr Takahashi and the front desk reception who assisted us when our booked taxi didn't show up.... More

Stayed here for 1 night only with a tour group. We arrived quite late in the evening after a long day at Universal Studio & Shin Sai Bashi and it's heart-warming to be welcomed with such hospitality by the hotel staffs. They speak English well so it's easy to approach them should you need anything. The room was so small,... More

A decent hotel. Nice and clean and quite cozy. The area is not so nice - you have to get out of the city to get there. Closest JR station is Juso, and it's still quite a walk from there. In saying that it was quite cheap so can't really complain too much.

Our room was very comfortable, we slept very good here. Great view from the 10th floor over the river and city. Bathroom was ok, Shiseido body soap and shampoo, but has a somewhat steep exit. Free fast wifi in the room. Location is not great, some obscure hotels and bars in the neighbourhood, walking distance to the railway station, there... More

Clean hotel but the bathroom area is too small. Not advisable to stay in this hotel when travelling with senior citizens because of their bathroom. Nothing special about the breakfast selection. They should add more choices. The location is okay, few steps away from Lawson and Family Mart. Walking distance to the popular Don Quijote. Housekeeping staff are very good.

We stayed here for 3 nights, getting 1 double and 1 triple room, both non-smoking. The double room was cozy enough for 2 people: a queen-sized bed (which can almost fit 3) + room for our luggage and a small couch and a table for coffee and meals. But the triple room was quite cramped for 3: it was basically... More

This is a big hotel that one gets the impression that it is either in the four or five star hotel category, but it is not. CONS: 1. The cost is in the "pricey" territory (about US$ 130 a night) that, methinks, for less than that, one can still get the same service and facilities. The point is, there is... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night only on a holiday trip. The location is not as convenient as being within Osaka area. Josu is the nearest metro station, but it is Hankyu line, a private railway line. To get into Osaka's touristy areas, you will need to transfer rails at least once. The area around this hotel is... I spent 2 nights here in Feb 2015. I paid more here than I usually pay for hotels (average about $115 USD per night), but I made my reservations last minute and didn't have many other options. I felt I wasn't getting much for the price and rather disappointed compared to what I got for a similar price in Kyoto.... More
