First the good things : the rooms are clean and peaceful. The not so good : TV has only Japanese channel, the bathrooms are so ridicully small I had to go to the local sento to get a real bath, and the reception employees are, except the oldest one, not very helpful and with a less than average English level.... First let me start with the plaudits for the exceptional honesty displayed by the Hotel house cleaning maid whose name i was not able to ascertain inspite of efforts! I was staying with a friend of mine & while going for B`fast i left the key with him & told him to take it along with him.Being an elderly person... More

The room was quite large with small bathroom. Everything is good, clean with air purifier. Standard Breakfast, but the taste not bad. The outside view from our room is a lil bit dissapointed. Just can see other building around the hotel.

A very friendly hotel which caters mainly for large tour groups, so if you stay here be prepared to put up with a lot of hustle & bustle in the lobby every day. The room was on the16th Floor quite large and spacious but that could not be said for the plastic moulded bathroom typically Japanese style. However the room... More

The best thing about this hotel is it's location - quite in the heart of the city with alot of hustle and bustle around . There's also a 'Donkey store' around the corner where you get just about anything you're looking for . It tax free , so cheaper than other places . The hotel rooms are average . Breakfast... More

Pros: Room was comfortable, basic and the bed was pretty good as Japanese hotels go. Near the Hankyu Juso train station (7 min walk). Near lots of food and restaurants Cons: Seemed a bit over priced. The building is a bit dated, but that's life I suppose. It was strange that the refrigerator was in the closet along with an... More

This was the 4th and last hotel our family stayed in during our road trip through western Honshu and Kansai. We had two adjacent rooms on the 5th floor. The rooms were a decent size, especially by Japanese standards, but the views were disappointing: other surrounding hotels, with a glimpse of the river between buildings. Inside, the hotel showed signs... More

Hi I was in this hotel 2 weeks ago. The hotel is situated close to Jumbo station. Unfortunately it is private metro station ( it costs 150 YEN from Umeda). So if you have public subway ticket, choose other hotel. Apart from that I liked the hotel. Rooms are quite big. In toilet you have conditioner, shampoo, face wash and... More

A very friendly, comfortable Hotel. Room was good with a small bathroom as usual for Japan , but well appointed and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Close to food courts, bars, shops and Juso station. Quiet area easily accessible by the train. I would recommend as a good place to stay unless you needed to be in the centre of... More

We stayed 2 nights and we really liked the room with views on the 23rd floor. As we arrived the receptionist gave us a room on a lower floor which and it was very small and old. We asked for a better room and they offer us an upgrade for an extra 700Y (≈10$) per night. We accepted and the... More
