Must try! The hotel is located near the Osaka train station and smack in the middle of an entertainment district where you can find tons of restaurants, karaoke bar, pachinko halls, etc. The facility was a mix bag. The reception area was bright and modern. The locker area looks older and worn. The sitting/lounge area looks very old. The capsule... More

When we book this accommodation we were a little dubious about what we would find but we thought it was only for one night and after all we were doing it for the experience not the comfort factor. The capsule itself was comfortable for the most part however they had terrible pillows. During the night we were awoken a number... More

If you have ever slept in a 1 man tent, then a capsule is nothing new. I have stayed here three times now, and it is my go-to when overnighting in Osaka. Location can't be beat. Great three story onsen included in room rate, access is from the first floor. Many baths, lounge rooms and even a 7m pool. Very... More

This was an experience not to be missed. It's a male only venue. From the white robe, slippers and clothing locker, to getting undressed in the locker room in front of a cctv camera that broadcasts to the reception area in full view, to sleeping in something the size of a telephone booth that's fallen on its side, to a... I must say the location is just great as the convenience store, restaurants & Umeda attractions nearby. Dont get surprise, you will need coins to bath, and poor reception of wifi. I must stay sitting at lobby for wifi access. Kinda troublesm. Staff really helpful and willing to store our luggage for temporary when we check-out.

The bed itself was nice. It perfectly fit my 5'7'' frame. If you're taller than that, you're hosed. Bring your own pillow, because EF that pillow they give you. They stuff it full of kidney beans. Not comfortable at all. English speaking staff is a stretch. With the exception of one person, nobody here speaks English. No matter how slowly... More

This is not typical place to stay, but it is worth to try this and get new experience. There is not enough space so it is place only for sleep in taugh conditions. The price is low. In my opinion it is good only for one night, more days isn't good idea.

We wanted to try the capsule experience for one night so we chosed this one because we were staying only one night in Osaka. We liked the experience but it is not confortable at all... so one night was already enough! It is the first capsule hotel in the world and it looks like some parts have changed since its... More

Futuristic, organized, hygienic and quiet accommendation in in the heart of city center near-by JR Osaka. You can experience alternative type of living in Japan. The hotel serves only male guests. The reception lobby is well designed with the receptionists only know very simple English. There are about 350 CAPSULE in the 3, 4 and 5 floors, with upper and... More

Stayed here one night just to experience this typical type of accommodation, just found in deep Asia. Clean capsule, nice staff, nice position, a lot of toiletries included in the common bathrooms, very close to JR Osaka Station. BUT is fairly a comfortable accommodation: bed on a floor and personal effects on another floor, small lockers and small room for... More
